Absolutely beautiful and peaceful cemetery. Full of statues and stars final resting places. The grounds are beautifully maintained.

Albert Kim helped me purchase four plots. He wasn’t pushy at all. When I requested him to contact me when the new section of Bright Eternity opened up (near my parents’ plot), he made sure to let me know as soon as they became available. I also love this memorial park. Only thing though, is it’s not well maintained. My dads area (older part of bright eternity) has weeds all over. And this past Father’s Day (6/2021), the entire area was completely flooded and every tablet was submerged in water. Needless to say, we were there barely standing and getting our shoes wet, for maybe 10 min. Couldn’t sit and spend some time with dad. 😞 For all that they charge up front on maintenance fee (15% of the actual cost of plot which is not cheap at all), they should maintain the park much better and keep them at much higher quality. Famous people like Paul Walker are buried here. They should keep up with the work and make us, those that visit celebrities and loved ones, feel proud that their people are resting at a nicely kept place. I don’t want this place to become like Rose Hills (in my opinion much lower grade memorial park). I’m giving 5-stars just to keep this place “popular” and seemingly “high quality” but in reality, I’d give 3-stars for all that money we had to fork out.

Our agent Mr. Samuel Shin did very well. He was very nice & pleasant. He explained everything thoroughly to me & to my husband. However we found that your prices are very high compared to church cemeteries but my husband prefers for us to be buried at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills.

Everyone I've spoken to has been so helpful and respectful and professional. It helps when going through this type of heartache and grief. It is truly a beautiful cemetery. I will rest here one day with my loved ones. But not yet!! 🙏🏿😊

Tisha from Forest Lawn was very helpful and well knowledgeable about the product and my requirement. She took time to give me a tour of the memorial park on our first meeting and provided illustrations right away. She was not pushy and gave me time to decide on what is best for me and my family.

Everyone was very friendly and wanted to help. Because of Covid, everything took a lot longer to accomplish. The grave markers can take up to one year! Forest Lawn is trying to expedite, but there is only one foundry and not enough people want to work these days.

Myriam Coussa made the entire process for advance purchase of end-of-life packages easy and pleasant. Forest Lawn had several choices for us to consider, and Myriam guided us through each. It was a terrific experience.

I am not fan of any type of funeral. But this was a very close family member, that I got close too. It was a party person and the family organized mariachi band with kids for the funeral. Unforgettable experience and a good service by Forest lawn staff. Even though it's a very sad and personal moment. It kept good memories to keep in my heart. 💜

Have to be very careful with planning advisors as they will tell you one thing during initial visit and then you get different things on the paper when comes to sign. Get everything in writing at the first time and review in detail line by line as that is were you get screwed(at least in my case)

Customer service has diminished here the past 2 years. They ripped me off! Go elsewhere your loved ones deserve better.

My mom and I went to Forest Lawn to plan our future funerals. Sandra Zaldana was our planning advisor and she is absolutely great! She has a warm, caring presence and made us feel comfortable and at ease. She is very patient, kind, and empathetic. We never felt rushed to make decisions. All our questions were answered and she explained everything clearly. I really enjoyed speaking with her and felt we were taken good care of through the entire process. 😊

Overall Albert was extremely helpful and showed my family around the surrounding areas to help make the best decision we could.

Arranging for your death is something most people don't want to deal with, but working with my Forest Lawn Agent made it easy. It gives me peace of mind that this is done so it's one less thing my loved ones have to deal with when I'm gone.

my family and i have been here for a while and more then once they have thrown our stuff away completely my family has spent money on the pots and flowers we bring for my mother and they all absolutely thrown them away to the trash i had three pots of flower on here and they were decorated on the stand not on the floor but on the stand and they threw everything away it’s so infuriating that they just throw our money to the trash

This kind of planning can be so uncomfortable and unpleasant, but we were so thankful to have our funeral advisor, Rina R., that made the process so seamless and comfortable. She took the time to get to know our family and made sure that we were aware of all our options! We were so grateful for all of her assistance and so happy that we were able to make all the necessary future preparations for our family. We feel a weight has been lifted off our shoulders now that we got everything together! I would recommend anyone to work with Rina R.! She is truly wonderful.

It's such a daunting task to make funeral arrangements for a beloved family member. Decision making weighs heavily as so much emotions are involved. My sister & I are very thankful to have met Samuel Shin in making the process easier every step of the way. His professionalism, compassion, care, and expertise was reassuring as we ultimately made the right decisions for our parents with their final resting place. I would highly recommend Samuel!

Almost seems like an oxymoron to say but this is an absolutely gorgeous cemetery. They upkeep the property regularly and it makes visiting your loved ones a happy experience rather than a gloomy one. It is hard to find your way but if you have an iPhone I’d drop a pin and save the location.

I was very happy with the transaction I had with Forest Lawn recently. It can be very difficult in making "final" arrangements for a loved one. Ms. Kim was extremely profession and explained everything in a thorough, yet compassionate way. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering funeral and mortuary services.

Forest Law should not speak of dignity. My father passed away on 04/03/2022. We have the plot and service paid for. His burial date is 5/05/2022. Their excuse is "Covid" and the "lack of employees". This is a bunch of B.S. The reality is that they don't want to hire additional staff at a higher rate because it will force them to pay their existing staff more. SHAME on Forest Lawn for disrespecting and torturing my family and many others. They are not a small business. They have the resources to spend more money.

Our Planning Advisor, Mirta, was the best. She was very friendly, understood our needs, was very informative, and was very pleasant to work with. She is professional, yet makes you feel like family. When having to make important decisions about your future needs at Forest Lawn, she is just the person to take the sting out of having to make those sensitive decisions. She is a gem.

Albert Kim was simply the best person to help me through a very difficult time I was going through after the loss of my husband. He was professional, standing by me supporting emotionally. If you plan on putting flowers to your loved ones frequently this is not the place to burry them. Flower arrangements get thrown even if put recently or smashed by the people that clean there. You can't put flowers or any Decorations. Don't buy the flower bases they sell because those flowers get thrown away also. So it's a waste of you money. Find a place like Hollywood forever, I regret not buying there and went with forest lawn.

I just want to say Hrach Baltayan was an amazing person. He really knows his job and very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend my family and friends to him.

I honestly can describe how thankful I am since day one starting with Cindy she was in charge for my son funeral last year and she made everything so much easier for everyone After that it was a little hard because the grass was not the way I wanted and it was actually really bad I got in touch with maintenance and didn’t get any results then I tried to get in touch with their supervisor and he tried to get it done after the maintenance guys drove their machines on top of my son space After that it was a back and forth situation trying to get everything to look decent and very stressful I don’t know how after calling at least 6 - 8 times I got a call back from Edson Ortiz can’t tell you enough how thankful we are for him he made everything happen right away and perfectly done he is amazing and really gets everything done when it needs to be done

Wonderful service. It's not easy getting things like this ready but Amy Crocker made it extremely easy for me. I highly recommend Amy Crocker and Forest Lawn.

Maintenance there is poor as you can see there’s no grass around the graves at least where my mother is buried, the maintenance guy drives the tractor over the graves and mess all flowers that we bring to our love ones, I usually bring my own grass cutter to do the maintenance my self but it has been 2 weeks that I couldn’t go due to the rain and what a surprise I founded this mess, I did my best to wash my mom’s grave with water it’s very sad that they don’t care and respect our memories and dead people 😭

After almost 2 years of being unable to visit my husband, who has been here for 22 years, my surprise and disappointment upon entering the main gate was heartbreaking. The condition of the park is disgraceful. After spending more than an hour uncovering his plaque, I saw that my place of peace and comfort has been seriously neglected. Dead flowers, old decorations, overflowing trash cans and mud puddles everywhere. The beautiful, rolling hills mostly brown and bare. The plaques broken and sunken, pushed into the mud by tractors running over them. This is not what I - nor any other family - expected from such a reputable company. I travelled from Europe to sit in peace with my husband and you have deprived me of that. I hope this message will serve as a wakeup call to your management - someone needs to be held accountable.

Advisor Daniel Harrell was delightful and thorough to work with. He has been available to me whenever I needed to confirm something or had a question. He also has reliable and effective follow up.

It is a serene and beautiful final resting place for a beloved family member where the rest of the family can come together to visit. Check out Anadel Pinzon, one of the advisors. She was very professional, engaging, and was mindful of our emotions when we met with her.

The customer service was excellent. The rep drove to my location, told me which lots were available, gave me maps, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She even repeatedly sent me multiple photos from the areas and/or lots I was considering. She was available by both e-mail and phone, and always replied quickly. Once I decided on a lot, the purchase process was quick and easy. Entire process could not have been better. Previously dealt with them in 2013 and 2019 for family members' arrangements. Everything was excellent.

One of the most beautiful places i have seen before. There is such a breathtaking beauty in the art and in the buildings. I highly recommend stoping by to look at it if your in the area.

I paid a visit to Forest Lawn in Hollywood Hills, Ca. to see my good friend and the son of one of my best friends. Upon approval, I was greeted by a very friendly security guard who provided me with directions to each gravesite. I thought it would be an easy task, but due to limited signage in Cemematary, I was not successful in locating the graves. I noticed a Forest Lawn maintenance man working nearby, and I approached him for his assistance. Jose Martinez stopped that task he was engaged in and, with a smile, proceeded to help me find both of the graves, which are a great distance apart. Jose was patient, caring, and professional and demonstrated outstanding customer service in assisting me in my time of need. Jose is a valuable asset to Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills. Jose Martinez
