First Entertainment Credit Union W Olive Ave, Burbank

I've had an account with the Credit Union since I got a job at the Studios. That was 1973. I've always been happy with them.

I’ve been a member of many different banks and credit unions from Florida to New York to California. THIS one is the favorite, BY FAR.

Worst service ever !!! This bank confiscated my atm for no reason and left me without access to my bank accounts without an explanation.

Love this branch. Easy parking, never a long wait. I always try to use the same teller because she is just GREAT, Kristina always makes the trip to the bank an easy experience. The whole staff is nice and helpful!

Elderly & disabled, hospitalized for nearly 2 months, FECU would not consider investigating fraud while I was in hospital FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE bc it was beyond"60 days" & therefore"against policy" Aware that many people lie, I offered proof, along with my doctor who could not believe their refusal. Also acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me courtesy of having an account there. I am the one doing FECU a favor as I could bank anywhere. Inhumane & condescending customer service. Cold hearted. Left very very bad taste in my mouth.

Don’t get a loan or credit card with them Your ability to pay them is very limited outside of just depositing money in your debit account which isn’t a bad option but the lack of ability to take a payment from an outside vendor is crazy in 2021. They know there is a problem, they will transferred you to card services to have card services tell you you need to contact your credit union and when you contact First entertainment they tell you you need to connect you to card services. that’s what they are instructed to do with everybody so it’s just a “call loop”(representative of first entertainment on words) that they’re aware of.

My husband and I have been banking with First Entertainment CU for twenty plus years. I really like all the tellers and the service that I receive when I go the bank. The staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite teller is Chandra, she is like a ray of sunshine. She is always very helpful, nice and fun to talk to. My daughter, Portia enjoys her too! What more can I say! Thank You for making banking pleasant!

I prefer credit unions over large, corporate banks in general. 1st Entertainment has been my credit union for almost 30 years and I can't imagine a better place. They're equally kind in good times and lean times, the service is always excellent and their rates are great.

Some of the finest customer service I have ever received. Genuine, caring employees will walk you through anything you need to know. Extremely low interest rates for members, that are unparalleled by any major corporate bank.
