Foothills Federal Credit Union Mulberry St, Loudon

This bank is supposed to be a "shared bank" with our credit union. Meaning we can do business here for our other bank account since our bank isn't local.We received horrible customer service, teller was rude. When we got there we were told we cant do business with shared accounts after 4pm. How much sense does that make? You're open, our union is open and actually sent us there, our bank had no knowledgeof such a policy for Foothills...why not just let us withdraw our money? I'm complaining to my credit union and recommending that they drop Foothills Federal from their program. This isn't the 1st bad experience with them, my husbands coworkers stopped using this branch to access their shared accounts. I'm so fed up with horrible customer service and people not doing their jobs.

Always a pleasure to do business with them. Every person there is genuine and friendly. I closed my Y-12 account that I've had for over 25 years due to the amazing customer service through foothills. I've never had a single bad experience nor problem.

For the most part the people who work at this bank are very friendly and work well with the public.Only reason I gave them a 2. I make a lot of cash deposits in Loudon Foothills credit union. When I got my bank statement this month one of my deposits was not credited. I know for a fact that I made that deposit, .but because I did not find my receipt.I am still looking for it. I am careful to keep all my receipts . The bank would not credit my account with that deposit. They did look in my other account to see if it had got deposited there for me. The fact is this at the end of the day apr 15th 2018 is when i made the deposit. The tiller at the window was either over 45.00 in her till or she had pocketed the money. soooooo be very careful when you deposit cash to this bank.... make a copy of all your receipts also.by taking a picture of it..I did call up the bank and tell them that they made 45.00 on me that day. and hung up.

Best credit union or bank around

I’ve used Foothills since 2013 when I joined as a high school student. Since 2013, they have continued to provide excellent service to me at ETSU, in various states, and over a complicated car loan. I will continue to recommend others to this bank because they have continued to provide great service to me despite my location and circumstances. If you’re looking for a great local bank in the Loudon area and want honest and quality service, this is the bank for you.

Excellent bank excellent people excellent service. I have been doing business with this bank for over 12 years and have never had a negative experience. The tellers as well as the loan officers and other bank personnel are always so friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure your needs are met before you leave. Many of the faces have changed in the past 12 years but the fact still remains that you would be hard pressed to find better customer service at any other local bank or credit union in Loudon County!

Terrible customer service from the main Loudon branch. As much competition as there is in the area, terrible attitudes by the teller staff reflects directly on the quality of training they receive.

I have done my banking with this credit union since i was 12. Love them!
