Thank you Foothills Credit Union for the quality customer service your team provides. For more than 40 years you have been the model of quality in the financial industry. At the forefront of those attending to customers is Angie. Even as I walk in the door she waves and greets me by name and with a smile. And it isn’t only me. She greets each customer showing them respect and dignity. My wife and I receive similar treatment from Rose. When we presented her with a change in our accounts she took extra time to walk us through the steps including ordering new checks for us. Hoping this care extends to your new branch and other offices and others mirror the smile and welcome we’ve found endearing at Foothills Credit Union.

They were tha best on helping me I needed a help on a load and with me having bad credit hard to get tha help i needed somewhere else but in Foothills credit union they made it happen please come and visit then i have wells fargo and bank of america as my banks for personal and businnes but im going to said bye to them and going to move with foothills credit union THANK YOU FOOTHILLS CREDIT UNION

I love Foothills Credit Union, I have banked with them for over 15 years. Any one who has ever helped me there has been awesome. Denise, Sharon and Erica have always been extremely helpful. I love this bank and the staff is awesome. I have had auto loans, credit lines and several accounts through foothills and have always had good experiences.

This bank took advantage of people during the pandemic. As a essential worker life was very hard and my company was doing Covid testing where we kept getting exposed to Covid daily. Which kept getting us quarantined. So because of the stress I was late on a loan payment and foothills refuses to do anything about it. They won’t return calls or answer the phone. I really thought they operated like a good business but no I would not recommend this credit union.

Seriously 3% to cash a check? I though a bank robbery was when someone went inside and demanded money. Guess not. But I’m sure it’s legal for them to rob us. To bad people actually allow them to do it. What a joke.

Heidi Shannahan over here at foothills is an amazing person and has helped me out so much with helping me figure out what to do. I can’t thank her and the staff here for being so friendly and helpful. If you haven’t switch to them yet you need to get over there!

Had a couple of questions with my account I called and right away I got good customer service and important feed back on how to control my account very happy and pleased thanks Erika very polite and professional and knowledgeable

Foothills Credit Union was the first bank I ever joined because they were referred by a supervisor. They have superb service and have since 2015. They have been expanding across the state and have had consistently great service. My first car loan was also provided by them at a great rate thanks to my membership!

Moving my account. To a credit union that is willing to take the time with me that does not act like I'm bothering then by asking questions. They actually talk to me like I'm not interfering with their time.

We just decided to get away from the credit union we've been with for over 30 years, because of the way they gradually started treating us, this past 2 months. FINALLY, I'm being treated like a HUMAN BEING again, despite this virus PanicDemic! Very nice people!
