John Cetnar is a great employee. He's probably the main reason this review is getting a 2 star since I respect him. Plus I respect my grandma who has been banking with them for 30 years now. On the other hand, Joseph Miller was not great to work with. He called me deceptive yet he was not familiar with the situation. He said I needed to prove my income and I was more than willing to prove my income but he didn't even give me the opportunity to do so. I have an excellent credit score and have NEVER missed a payment in my life. Makes me think they are judging me rather than my financial status.

I have been with the Fond du Lac Credit Union for more than 25 years and I love their services. I would not go anywhere else for my daily banking needs. From checking and savings, to auto and camper loans, to cashing in my change - they are there to help with everything and give the best service possible.

I've had accounts with many banks in Fond du Lac and Fond du Lac credit union is my preferred bank. It was so easy to set up and every transaction I have with them is always a friendly encounter and smooth process. I currently bank here and I love the staff!

We have been members at Fond du Lac Credit Union for 20+ years, we have received excellent service from them. The employees are great, they are very helpful and if you have a problem they are quick to fix it.

This is a top notch full service Credit Union. We have moved out of town but kept our account. It is very easy to do all transactions remotely. I highly recommend them for anyone.

The workers are super friendly! The wait time on the phone for customer service is convenient. Their ATM machine on their building is always open. They really do make banking easy, they even offer online banking services!

Overall I am satisfied with my experience working with this credit union. I would highly recommend working with Nicole from the loan department. She was very quick to call me back, and she got my loan done quickly. Well deserving of five stars!

Been banking here for over 15 years, numerous vehicle loans etc.....Not one late payment, not one missed payment. Even in hard times always kept my relationship with this financial institution flawless. Recently was given offers of service from other institutions and I'm like "you know what let me ask my bank" already approved else where, don't get a phone call , no discussion just a letter of denial. New building,new board, some employees I'll be forever thankful....they used to ask what happened here or take the time to say hey if you can do this....now very impersonal (my experience) . The whole point of financial institution like this is to build a relationship and history, to know they will be there ....and they have failed time and time again. Reply...Maybe next time. I held a lender off , waiting for your communication so Tuesday I'll be granted what I requested from you guys.

I have been banking here for many years, the staff has always been very helpful over time. Many great incentive programs with good benefits. The lending department has been very helpful with my needs and inquiries, not to mention great rates! Keep up the excellent service

FDLCU has been our bank for years! Always helpful when we have issues or questions. Friendly staff as well! It always makes me smile when I go through the drive thru and on my deposit slip I write that I’m deaf so the teller doesn’t think I’m being rude. I always get a note back saying have a great day ☀️

I thought I had encountered a scam/fraud issue in Dec 2020. I immediately contacted the Credit Union to inform them and ask advice how to proceed. When I told the woman that answered the phone the situation, she forwarded me to another line where I got a voice msg. I didn't receive a return call for almost 4 hours. Time is of the essence in these types of issues. I don't feel like I can depend on them. I have been a member for 35 plus years.
