She always replied promptly to my phone and text messages. She stayed in contact with us throughout the process and gave updates on the progress of our loan. My mortgage consultant, Mike Gee was my most valuable resource during my home-buying process. As a first time home-buyer he walked me through the loan process step by step, did break downs of monthly cost estimates of my mortgage including HOA fees, home insurance, fees, etc. He was in constant communication of any changes and incredibly organized with all pending actions on both his side and mine. She got me a great rate and also presented me with multiple options. Her turnaround time for pre-approval letters was great also. She always prepared them the night that we wanted to make an offer usually within 2 hours. Bonus points: she even prepared a pre-approval letter for us on Superbowl Sunday so we could make an offer at halftime- now that is dedication!
