Piper Lange helped us with the purchase of a beach front condo in New Smyrna Beach. She arranged for showings of several properties with very little notice and always met us at exactly the time that was scheduled. During the offer process, she explained each part of the offer document and filed an addendum each time it was needed in a thorough and timely manner. She effectively negotiated with the seller and seller's agent on every item that came up, large or small. She provided us with contacts for financing and inspection and even attended the inspection for us because we were out of town. She is very knowledgeable and has a pleasant personality and is a joy to work with. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent!

Amy Higgins is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She helped make my relocation from Seattle back to my native Florida a fun experience. I found Amy to be smart, patient, efficient, caring, professional and thorough. She promptly responded to all of my phone calls, texts and emails. If Amy did not know something, she found the answer quickly. Though I was on the other side of the country for most of my home search, it never really felt like it. Amy was quick to visit and videotape any property I expressed interest in, answer my concerns, connect me with helpful resources, and make a helpful list of “next steps” for me to attend to. When I did travel to Florida to see properties or meet with builders, Amy would have a thoughtful schedule lined up for me, always making good use of my time. Amy went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Florida Life Real Estate were fantastic to work with on the sale of a home for our family estate. Sarah and Tim came out to look at the property and took care of everything. Mr Tim was adamant that he can be the perfect realtor in Florida for the purchase of a beach front condo in New Smyrna Beach. At the start he arranged for pricing and reviews of several properties with very little notice however when things got a bit more complex he seems to start to shy away from real work. Originally he met us on site of a sales transaction but failed to follow up on time that was scheduled and hence that particular deal fell apart. When confronted Tim he is a great sales man with lots of marketing and sales pitches but we found that sales talk didn't seem to walk the walk as expected. This missed opportunity left us with bad taste in our mouth. I do believe Tim is a great sales man in terms of selling you the dream for us however I feel he failed us and some of the reviews on this page are indictive that reviews 5stars are a part of his marketing and sales skills but lacks in actual effort and experience and expertise by covering some of factual transactions by padding them with friends and families offering him assistance to cover his tracks. If there is one advise I can offer, Tim needs to learn to be patient and precise with this plans and not worry so much about being right but rather being Mr customer service. As such Tim, I'm sure you did ask me to leave you a 5star review and I said I would leave a review for you but unfortunately I cannot produce a lie for you. Sorry bud.
