    I am a Military Member and had dealt with over a dozen banks in the past 8 years. Florida Credit Union is one of the worst. I prompted for help with an existing account and was never able to get a hold of anyone for one week. I attempted to leave a call back and never received one. I called one loan department and they put me on hold. I called another and explained my situation and she cut me off and asked for my account number. The rep was rude and when I asked for a confirmation email she seemed bothered. So with the 2 people I spoke with today I have learned one thing, Florida Credit Union has reps that don’t care for customers and are the rudest of all reps that I have dealt with and provided little to no help. I would strongly advise to go with another bank that has high ratings in customer satisfaction.

    FLCU was instrumental in helping me both obtain and the PPP loan and process the forgiveness forms even though I was not initially a member. At the time even my own bank would not help.

    I attempted to open an account online. Never got a call back, an email, or any other communication. Then, I went to this branch, was left sitting in the tiny little seating area until the very gruff manager finally called me back. It’s clear this person saw something relevant about my application on her screen, but rather than talk with me about it, she sloughed the responsibility off to some person she called who was equally unhelpful. Then she said I’d get a call and, as stated above, that never happened. It’s really a shame a beloved Gator like Danny Wuerffel associates himself with this company.

    Florida credit union help me immensely with all my needs! Jerome was great and very helpful and told me to call him back if I ever needed help again very pleasant experience!

    The execution by FCU with the PPP for small business owners like me was absolutely flawless. They were super helpful, the platforms were easy to use, I experienced quick communication, and just genuine helpfulness. Special thanks to Jane Harris. She stayed in constant contact with me, responded to every email quickly, and had a genuine concern for making sure my company survived the mess of the pandemic. I'm so grateful!

    WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE... You’re better off stuffing your money in a mattress. I wanted to withdrawal money out my account and they lady at the counter had to “call her manager for approval” as if I’m some Con-Man. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. Then the manager on the phone JENNIFER was very rude. All I asked is why does she need approval she very rudely yelled “Well If you pay your bill on time we wouldn’t need approval”. She does not deserve to be in customer service! She should be fired. People like her should be prison guards, not bankers for the public. After that experience I went across town to another branch and closed my account.

    I'm not rating the customer service, since we did not receive any. My rating applies to the rude welcome (and first impression) we received this past Saturday. We were told at another branch that we could finish our loan at this location. They had all our information and paperwork and the process should be quick. There are many ways we could've been greeted and were somewhat shocked by an employee's reaction to our entrance. As someone that's been in customer service nearly 20 years, I've had my fair share of awkward and rude guest encounters. *First off, if there are services you don't want to offer past a certain time, make a note of it on your website and on the door. Such as "No loans past 11:00 am on Saturdays"...etc. *Second, under no circumstances, should you make a customer feel like a burden or inconvenience, (you act like a professional and smile). If you can't do this, day in, day out, then you aren't built for customer service. *Third, If you do feel the need to express frustration to (or in front of) your customer, please do it in a manner that is mature and courteous. This rude employee didn't acknowledge us, her comment was made to her colleague. Basically "Can't we turn them away"!? Your demeanor was rude and uncalled for. Your exchange of words made it clear we weren't welcome. As we signed in but quickly left after my husband said "It's obvious they don't want to take care of us, we should go". *We've never had an issue with customer service at the 43rd street location. In fact, it's been patient and exemplary.* I wonder if the other reviews tied to poor customer service have anything to do with this same employee, clearly your customer etiquette needs polishing. This was a very poor example of the experience FCU can offer it's customers. You guys are much better than this!

    Blech. Nasty employee treated me like I was her unwanted stepchild when I delivered food to her. Disgusting. No eye contact nor polite response when i spoke to her and dismissed me like I was a second class citizen unworthy of her presence. Disgusting. Poor people who feel they need to treat others bad to feel good about themselves.

    I tried calling to make and account but i gave up after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to pick up. If i cant reach the bank when i need to why would i trust them with my money?
