There will always be small speed-bumps that come up during the loan process, but Michael was always available to answer any questions we had (we had a lot of questions). Mrs. Denise Harrington went above and beyond to make this process go smoothly for me. I was nervous about the refinancing process as I am a first time homeowner and do not have much experience when it comes to mortgages and refinancing. But Mrs. Denise took the time to explain to me the different steps and ensured that I received the best rate possible. She even gave me other tips to help lower my monthly payments such as noticing that my homestead exemption had not gone through. Mrs. Denise was also readily available to me when I had questions or concerns. Overall I am very satisfied with the service that she provided and am so thankful for her help!

Denise and her team are some of the most incredible people I have ever worked with. She recently helped my wife, and I close on our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we were very nervous about the home-buying process and have heard stories of how complicated the process was. Right away, Denise reassured us she would help us every step of the way and get us the best rate she could find. She worked hard and was able to work her magic and land us a mortgage rate that I thought I would never qualify for. She thoroughly explained every step of the process and sometimes would call or text to check in on us to make sure we weren't stressed. Like any mortgage process, we had a few bumps along the way, but Denise reassured us each time that she would handle it and she did. I tell friends that if Denise were a doctor, she would have one of the best bedside manners in the industry. Her colleague Katey is also a pleasure to work with and helped us make sure we had all the correct documentation to give to their underwriters. As excited as we were on closing day, we were also a little sad that we wouldn't have the chance to work with Denise and Katey anymore. I hope we can do business again on our next home!
