Florence Bank - Granby Pleasant St, Granby

I opened accounts in Florence in 2000. I recently moved my accounts to another bank. I have visited many branches, recently listened to a representative chat as she worked. When she referred to a recent torrent of rain as a "..Mexican carwash", I knew that the questionable standard for professionalism in the culture of the bank had spiraled to a new low. This is an institution that meets the needs of communities on a very intimate level while denigrating the customers who fill their coffers.
