This branch has always been fantastic. I've traveled the country and seen many banks, but this Wells Fargo treats me like family and offers anything they have to help me out. -Member since 08

Since the Wells B/O debacle, every trip through the drive-through takes 12-16 minutes wait time- regardless if there are other customers in the D/T or not. Archaic processes/systems, poor management and lack of training is clearly evident- typical of the stag-old bank corporate culture that's dying a slow death. Paid off and closed my account today.... goodbye Flagstar.

Wells fargo is a good bank, but this brach is horrible, all they do is sell junk..will not take care of customers,,short time or long time, Been a customer with good deposits, great accounts..by they way 5 digits ..30 years. So I went in to this branch today and spoke to a teller her name was addy she was Jamaican she had no idea what she was talking about at all so she called her boss over whose name was denise and she was horrible not focused at all wouldnt make eye contact at all she was looking everywhere else then she said oh well u need to go sit down ma'am and ill tell a banker because I cant help u I have to stay up here. Im like ok so then not even 2 mins later denise comes back over to me and say ok ill help u then takes me to her desk. She tests my new card I had to get and her machine.was broke so.then she had to find another banker and make me go to him. But luckily he was awesome daniel helped me.alot and.was so polite it seems that he was the only one there that had any manners, common sense and or customer service

Wells Fargo is selling to Flagstar, won’t even compensate for the wasted checks. This company is trying to rebrand themselves after their unethical banking practices of the recent past. Noting has changed. Thank goodness they are selling and gave me a reason to finally switch. Good bye Wells Fargo and good riddance.

Horrible customer service!! I called as a dealer Representative for a customer of mine to get an auto loan payoff (standard procedure) and a Debbie answered the phone. She told me that Wells Fargo only gives out payoffs to the customer (which is the case for most lenders, or they need written consent allowing a third party to attain the information). I then proceeded to tell her that I had written consent from the customer that I could fax over and she refused to help and said that was the only way to get the pay off. I then exclaimed that I have been doing this for 7 years and never heard of such a business practice. And she said "Oh really, I have worked here for 17 years and that's how we do it. Is there a reason the customer can not call to get the pay off?" I then started to say since she had worked there for 17 years, she would know that a customer would not think to ask for a per diem and all the information I would need above a payoff to be accurate and she cut me off and said that they open in a half an hour and hung up the phone on me. As soon as I hung up the phone I got on to Wells Fargo's web site and there was a tab for dealers to access the auto loan pay off. Three seconds later I had the information I needed. As a Wells Fargo customer myself, I am very dissatisfied in the service I received. All Debbie had to say was that I had to get online to get the payoff and directed me there. Instead she went out of her way to not help me and then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. I deal with Auto loans on a day to day basis. I will never do business with them again and will guide others to avoid them at all cost. This is not the first time I have had customer service issues with them and as a person who deals in customer service everyday, I am appalled that there are people who deal with the public like this and still have a job.

Just worked with the branch manager Jess on an issue with my son's checking account and she was extremely helpful! Thankful that we still have branches with small town values available to us in Fort Wayne.
