How the mighty have fallen..... 3 Rivers used to be a real member focused institution, not anymore..... I have been slowly paying things off and moving my business elsewhere, the last to go will be my mortgage! I have referred so many people over the years, but I must say as time has went on they get more and more difficult to deal with! My partner, who has stellar credit and solid job time was turned down for a personal loan because he recently opened a few credit cards, now mind you they had a 0 balance on them! Not only did they want a biography on him, they flat out denied him in the end! My suggestion to anyone who banks with them, consider a smaller community bank for all your needs.... 3 Rivers has forgotten the word " Relationship"

I love that 3 Rivers is local, but still has access to the newest technology like Apple Pay and mobile deposits. I have my accounts there, and they helped me get my auto loan, a credit card, and I don't have to pay for ATM fees when I'm away from Fort Wayne.

Horrible place to do business with I accidentally missed a payment bc I sent to old car loan instead they’re quick to ding your credit even after years of being on time

While at the bank off Lima this morning, we received help from Cole! He was extremely friendly and helpful! He was able to get us in and out quickly and was able to manage all of our accounts and transfers successfully! Keep up the good work!

Have used this bank since I moved here 6-7 years ago and they have always been the best bank for me! Will always be a customer bc I absolutely trust tyen!

If I could give this bank a 0, I would. They refused to help me, when I get scammed out of $2400. They said it was "my fault for giving the scammer authorization." Which I did not do. But, they refused to work with me, and help me recoup at least some of the money I lost. Four months before the wedding I am paying for too. Nice way to treat your customers. I'm closing my accounts here, and taking my business to Chase.

I am fairly happy with the banking aspect of my experience; however, the mortgage lending experience leaves much to be desired. I've applied with two different loan officers now, and have gotten little to no communication. The first one I had to reach out to constantly, and the second one I have not heard from since our initial conversation, and first emails for documents. That was 18 days ago. I applied with another company that has been very communicative on things they needed from me, options I have and what they can do. Buying a home is major, so it is important to stay in contact with clients.

Wife tryed to make a withdrawal from ATM but no money was dispensed and no receipt was given yet my account shows the money gone. If this goes like it normally does will probably have to get a lawyer to get money back. Hopefully I was wrong. The young lady I dealt with was very curtious and helpful. Apparently this branch is more interested in it's customers than the other one we delt with. Should have our money plus overdraft back by tomorrow. Got our money back but so far not the 2 overdrafts we got because of their ATM screwup. Made 2 purchases on 1-2-20 and they held them till 1-4-20 and bounced 3 of them. Nothing but legalized theft. Have had enough. They've supposedly up graded the system because they acquired a different bank and now I can't access my on line account. Definitely leaving this fiasco.
