Closed with them today..My Seller chose this title co . The buyer was a mail away.. From day 1, we had issues. It took them several days for them to respond to both the buyer and the seller for Escrow Information. The initial excuse was phone issues. The buyer told me they were rude and short with him. Their mail away procedures are in 2010 tech savy in 2021.This made the process more arduous than necessary and caused a 1 day delay in funding . At the closing table they would not assist the Seller(who was paying their fee) in a simple wire Routing number verification for a major bank of which they've used before by the closers own admission. I had to call the bank to verify their wire routing number. I could not in good conscious recommend them to future customers .
