What a refreshing experience to do business with a company who still believes in customer service and professionalism. After my horrific experience with Progressive I contacted State Farm who connected me with my new agent, Luke. He obtained a quote for auto insurance within minutes and was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. State Farm even offers a medical plan for a very minimal charge! My son and I went into the office to sign the paperwork and all the staff were courteous and professional. The office was neat, clean and nicely decorated. The only thing I would change is to paint the office in brighter colors to reflect the personality of the staff. Thank you for a great experience.

By far hands down the best experience I have ever encountered with an insurance company. Nancy helped me and provided me with all the information needed to compare and switch over to state farm for my auto policy. She was exceptional and also helped my mom out in switching too. I will always recommend Nancy to all friends and family for any insurances.

Absolutely great customer service from the receptionist Anna to Brooke who assisted me with property insurance. We are new residents to Palm Coast and longtime customers of State Farm. Our local agent, Nikki, is simply awesome to work with. She worked with us on our transition from WI to FL, gave us detailed quotes and most recently, worked with us as we added a pool. I have been with State Farm for 42 years for our cars, homes and boats and never once have a taken another quote from a competitor. With agents like Nikki, there are no reasons to do so!!

Luke & Kelsie have both been extremely helpful at this State Farm location. Anything I need they get back to me in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend if you're looking for exceptional personalized treatment.

I used to work here and I can attest to how helpful and kind everyone is, and how passionate they are about what they do! Luke is very bubbly and reassuring that he will get you to the right person. Nikki is responsive to emails and questions promptly and never seems bothered by even the silliest questions I might have. Nancy is efficient and works hard to get me a quote that works best and offers the coverage I need. Kelsie is the best new patient specialist there is! Angel leads the team so well! I miss these guys but am glad to say I still get to work with them as a client now. Thankful for all they do!

UPDATE: 5+++++ I was in need of flood insurance and Nancy Jones handled my request quickly and efficiently. She was professional, kind and a joy to work with. I have spoke with several in this office at different times and the excellent customer service, etc., is consistent every time. People tend to post reviews when there's an issue but I also like to post positive reviews when possible to help others find the best of what they are searching for. I highly recommend Angel Hall's office in PC and hope this helps those reading this to find their new insurance home. Relocated to Palm Coast October 2021 and Kelsie Saskill assisted with all our insurance needs to get things transferred from another state. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I have been a customer of State Farms for over 30 years now and I continue to be very pleased with its service and the professionalism of its employees. I had the opportunity of talking to Nikki today regarding my home and auto insurance. I could not open an online account with American Integrity Home Ins to fix a premium payment problem so I walk into Angel Hall's office- my car insurance agent. Front desk took my name and in less than a minute Nikki Heaton called me in. Although my problem was not directly their responsibility she took some information and relayed it to the party involved resulting in clearing up my problem on the same day and also took the extra step of keeping track of the paperwork. On her tip to omit the extra four digits of my zip code in creating my account I was able to open my online account. What a surprise- I thought Nikki was supposed to deal with fire insurance only. We recently moved to the area and wanted to transfer our State Farm coverage. We walked into this location one day and walked out feeling so relieved. Not only did they get us amazing rates on our insurance, they even suggested improved ways to save that our former agent never mentioned. I’ve also had to email them a question and they are very prompt to respond. Absolutely recommend all the staff here at this location. They have been so amazing!

Angel Hall location is awesome really caring people . I deal with Nancy she very nice , pleasant, always a joy to talk to . Understands hard times . My daughter was in a little fender bender while back and someone try to do this n that n luckily my daughter took pictures and showed proof . They work with us and kept us update and what the outcome . Very pleased after hearing horror stories how insurance companies can be . Also when I was really sick and was around the holidays we got a gift basket that help out in a really hard time for us .
