Honestly the rudest person in this place is the short red headed dude. He he told me my license was expired and I showed him it wasn’t so he kicked me out of the store. I certainly don’t recommend this place to anyone. They will treat you like garbage. I understand that there are guidelines you have to follow but the counter person did not have to be rude to me. He shoved the case back at me and told me to leave and never come back. I didn’t do anything wrong and I wasn’t rude at all.

First time doing business with Five Star Pawn. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, personable, and eager to work with me on my extensive amount of items. I was given a very fair price for everything. He also made me feel glad that I chose them and would be welcome back at any time. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Went in selling a handgun and was told truthful numbers and I received a very fair offer. Over the past 15 years I’ve found myself going to different pawn shops for different wants/needs, and five star surpassed all of the rest by a long shot! Thanks guys!

5 star pawn is the place anybody should go for a loan or even find something your looking for. (Very versatile with there inventory) I have been going to 5 star pawn for the past 3-4 years all they way back to when they were even open on Sunday’s because of how easy they are to work with. I can insure you as a valid customer that every time I go in the whole staff does a amazing job to take care of my needs without question and therefore I would recommend all my family and friends to head on in and check them out. Very friendly staff, welcoming upon entering the doors. Firearm selection is adequate and loads of ammunition. Prices are fair, with good pricing on silver.

So grateful a friend recommended this place to me!! The customer service & knowledge about every single gun, bow, and knife they have in the shop amazes me, better than any place I have been to. I didn’t feel pushed or swayed to purchase something that was more money than I wanted to spend. Definitely going back there soon & I suggest you do too!

Nice stuff... but I stood by there jewelry for like 15 minutes and no one talked to me... You can never tell by how someone looks There where 3 employees one was sweeping another was on the pc by the games and another one or two by the guns just talkin... I appreciate the prompt comment on my review tho

Solid place with solid people. They do a great job setting a proper expectation. You yourself should walk in with realistic expectations but if not they do a phenomenal job explaining how they go about their business. Also one of the few places around that takes sneakers/streetwear without charging criminal fees to do so. I had a number in mind when I walked in. We didn’t hit that number but we came close enough and they were honest and respectful enough that I felt comfortable with their final offer and would absolutely do business with them again in the future.

My significant other and I come and do business here all the time, we always get treated with the best services. There was one incident however, a darker haired women really seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. That was swiftly taken care of. Very professional, I really appreciate their business. My honest opinion of this place is they are the best pawn shop around as far as value on your items. I buy, sell, trade guitars and they are my first stop for a loan if need be. That says a lot as I travel for my job and I am familiar with quite a few pawn shops. Plus, the guys are always polite and don’t seem distracted or too busy to help.
