FirstLight Federal Credit Union N Piedras St, El Paso

I’ve been trying to reach a representative all day and the automated system tells me to call another number but I get the same automated system. I used the video banking but she was no help she wanted me to do my banking on the website instead of just helping me. The website doesn’t want to load it just gives me a white screen with the FirstLight logo at the top of the screen. I’m getting ready to switch banks. I’m frustrated with your service.

I’ve been a member since long time ago, and I have always admired your customer service support expertise, and how your implementing newer technology in being able to get better access to my accounts. FirstLight has great customer service. Their comprehensive services include several Drive Thru tellers, Video Tellers, convenient hours (including Saturday), Lines of Credit, and an efficient mobile app. I was able to open a checking account and add my brother to my checking account using the mobile app. I prefer FirstLight to other credit union accounts that I have had in the past.

I had the best help ever. What I was trying to do was so difficult till I was able to do a video call. The young lady I had was so fantastic, I told her I hope her boss knows how special she is. I wish I knew her name. Thank you so much.

I needed to get a new debit card. I have to wait a week to get because the earliest is a week. I am very pleased with First Light except this because it has caused such an inconvenience to me.

This is the absolute best bank I’ve ever dealt with. For years now, since I opened my account, I’ve had nothing but excellent service and they also have the friendliest tellers I’ve ever met. Hands down my favorite bank/credit union I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of!

The lady that helped me get my debit card was very professional. She deleted one of my acct. I'm so happy to have a debit card again. Tk u First Light
