FirstBank & Trust 22nd St, Lubbock

Used to be a great bank. Since the heartland merge its like the employees got dumber and slower. Guessing the pay cut made the good employees leave. New fees, lots of inconveniences. You're lucky I don't invoice you for my wasted time.

Lets just say that I have just recently moved all my banking to a different bank, due to the way they do things. As an example though; "after" closing all my accounts I was charges service fees (3x) on two of the accounts. As they did not close them.

As a small business owner First Bank has made my banking experience a nightmare. So much that I have started moving my accounts elsewhere. They preach "local" and for the "community" but in practice it's just the opposite.

Friendly staff, they are willing to help you with any inquiry you may have on your account.

It never crossed my mind to write a review until I saw all the bad ones. This branch and the one on Milwaukee and 19th have given me nothing less than perfect service every time. The ATM machine is an issue for deposits but I'm told it's handled by an outside vendor and that they are changing it. Other than that, flawless. Where have these other reviewers been banking?!? They don't even sound like legit reviews. The last time I was there they watched my little girl while I handled some paperwork and have her a teddy bear. Great bank.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They close at random times, their hours are never updated on-line, one thing gives you a time and the other another time. Their customer service stinks. Moving to LNB.

The people here are always friendly and professional. The location here on 22nd and Indiana is the best. They handle any and all of my transactions whether business or personal quickly and efficiently.
