I’ve been very disappointed with the communication they have, I should say lack of communication because there isn’t any. They don’t do personal calls to see if there is any other options or solutions it’s just an email or text with their answer and done with you. I feel like it would be more professional if someone especially the specific loan officer that is reviewing your information would actually take time to go over anything with you even on the phone in case you may have questions or need to give specific details that can not be added to any application. I’m honestly thinking of finding a new credit Union one that will actually take the time for their members.

The guys did an amazing job with helping me refinance my vehicle. The process was extremely smooth and super quick. My expectations were exceeded at every turn! Thanks guys for all your hard work.

Gilbert Silva, a loan officer at Texas Tech Credit Union assisted us with an auto purchase. He guided us throughout the process, sending the loan documents to us via e-mail for review and signatures. When requested, he supplied the drafting instructions to the dealership promptly. We really appreciated his attitude and his friendly service.

Aaron was absolutely horrible. he gave out extremely unrealistic trade information. He quoted 9,000 above true value for a truck with 140,000 miles, needed tires, bad windshield, and a 4x4 system that didn't work. what he did was virtually lie to his clients. I was always taught that the inconvenient truth was better than a convenient lie, apparently Aaron does not share that value

Worst place I have ever dealt with. I have had 9 car loans in my life time and this was the most unprofessional handling of any loan. 1st my loan officer made mistakes on the paperwork and took over 23 days to clear up from the time I purchased the car. He made 3 fundamental mistakes of which I never would have signed with them as a lender had these mistakes not been made. I setup auto pay and to my surprise I got a late payment notification. Took 9 days for them get resolved. Now this happened in August, so to my surprise in September, October, and November to have the same issue was baffling they could not get their act together. My daughter gets in a wreck and I need a payoff letter. Told they do that. They can give me the amount but no letter. Which again was a rep that "made a mistake". I was told by 2 different supervisors I would get a call back because "this is not how they do business and they care about my business" Freaking joke. No return call. I informed them to remove my auto draft for December payment since insurance would be sending a payoff. Guess what they took my money anyway. Called in and was told they reversed that day 12/4/18 and it may take up to 3-4 business days for my bank to credit back to my account. Guess what 12/12 still no refund. Called and there was a "technical" problem. Run is all I have to say!! Worst lender in my 28 years of being a borrow. Glad to get my account closed.

I got a vehicle loan from Texas Tech Credit Union. It went beyond wonderful. It was fast, easy & i did it from my mobile device during my break. The Personal Banker was nice and very helpful with everything. From filling out the application to booking the additional products. Nobody was pushy on anything and loved the Customer Service. So technologically advanced.

Texas Tech Credit Union made our car buying experience a breeze. Give them a call next time you're thinking about a new car. My rate was better than the dealership, too.

I love working with TTCU. I've completed two auto loans, a line of credit, a personal loan, and my first mortgage through the credit union, and I have never had better service. All loans were approved almost over night, and even during the insane housing market of the late 20teens, they were able to close in three weeks when others were asking for 5-6 weeks. Whether it is savings or lending, Texas Tech Credit Union will always be my first thought.
