I needed to make a stop payment on my account and called First Bank and they knew who I was when they answered the phone went straight to my account without asking for my account number. Called me by name to assure me they had the correct account. It was such a quick and awesome experience.

I was at a bigger bank that couldn’t get my PPP app processed and couldn’t offer me a loan to build a house. This little bank was recommended to me by a home builder and anything I need, the can do and do quickly and easily...and they’re nice people. There’s not a branch within 40 minutes of me, but it’s worth the drive because I know they’ll take care of whatever I need.

Definitely the most infuriating bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Between the lack of fraud protection, inconvenient schedules, and totally unhelpful staff, you’re better off keeping your money in your mattress. It is ridiculous the amount of hoops you have to jump through just for a simple deposit, and of course nobody that works seems know what they’re doing or has any solutions. Can’t wait to close my account so I can move to an actual PROFESSIONAL bank.

I love First Bank. Everyone is always so kind and willing to help. Jessica D. spent a lot of time with me yesterday getting my account set up online. She was so patient! I wouldn't bank any place else.

This bank is amazing simply because of the fact their staff is amazing and they really do care about you as an individual. Thanks for all your help! Would definitely recommend in a heart beat.

They make me feel welcome and that they appreciate my business. They are the best that I have ever seen. I hope to be banking with them for years to come. I cannot see myself banking anywhere else. I can not say enough good things about them. I would give them 10 Stars if possible.

They are respectful of you , me , your time , my time , your finances , and they will go out of their way to make sure they help you and treat you as if you are the most important person no matter who you are. Tried to open two accounts in the last week. One bank pentalized me for something that happened 5 years ago. Another needed to check my credit score just to open a personal account and needed to know a lot of personal details. Went here today and within 10 mins I was all set with a new Personal account. Very friendly and accommodating. Happy to be dealing with a bank that sees me as a person and not just an account.

the employees are super nice and the get me delt with quick i never leave unhappy. I dont live here so i dont have an account with them no problem.
