The team at the Bon Aqua/Lyles Farm Bureau office has helped me on more than one occasion. They are all friendly and always seem to have a smile. I have always been greeted when I enter. Just can’t brag enough.

We have been clients, well more like family, for a little more than eleven years. We chose to get a quote for Our home, auto and life insurance due to the hospitality from the front to the back, as I like to call it. The Ladies in the front are always sweet, and caring. Mr. Bass one of the most sincere, honest and helpful people. I have been able to address Our children being added to Our policy, to him helping us with transferring them over to their own policies. This last year, Our daughter and I was in a horrible wreck, where I was life flighted. The office was so kind, concerned, and assisted my husband with everything. He was absolutely beyond himself, becoming the Caretaker of Our daughter and taking over everything I had done, dealing with whether I would live and the level of care it would take. We have always felt taken care of when we needed them! They have always treated Us like family.
