Okay so yesterday I left a bad review due to miscommunication on my end. Today, they called me and explained everything in detail and I was mistaken I should have called today and had it straightened up before deciding to leave a review. They are really nice people. I was in the wrong. They were very helpful yesterday eventhough it was 10 minutes before closing. They got me exactly what I wanted and even stayed over a bit longer to ensure I got it. I came back from a funeral yesterday ,and that influenced my head space a lot. They have a wide selection of firearms of many different calipers and they even had ammo that wasn't really available anywhere else during covid. I'm sorry for the misinformation, and any sour taste that may have left.

Great little pawn shop and great selection of guns and ammo. Employees were very helpful and attentive. Will definitely be back when I'm back up in Tennessee.

They do have a great selection of ammo and Firearms They may be a little higher on some things that are hard to find than other stores but they were willing to work with me on the coast which was very helpful.They are very friendly and helpful.

This place is one of the worse pawn shops I have ever been to. The owner is so rude and u professional it's sad..She also had no idea what she was talking about even though she OWNS the store. I will never come back and I suggest no one go because it will be the WORSE experience you will ever have. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Very Dishonest!!!!! Over priced!!!!!! I went into this pawn shop on 06/17/2017! Well I spoke with the lady that owns it and she and I made a deal for my 3 pieces of music equipment. LTD-ESP FLOYD ROSE SPECIAL EDITION Guitar, Marshall MG Series HDFX100 Head, and a 4×12xs Crate Cabinet. Told me standing there they retail on the low end for $900 dollars and she told me after researching that she would give me $425 store credit (which we all know means $100 of her stuff in real money) for my equipment. I had been eyeballing a guitar which she probably had $100 dollars in for an hour or so, marked for $479.00 So o offered my 3 for the guitar straight up and she said as long as yours is in GOOD condition. So I came back this afternoon 2.5 hours from West TN with it and some boot in case she decided to only give me the $425 store credit she promised. Well I get there and she's not there so the guy calls her and tells her I'm there and he walks in the back and came back and said she won't let him buy it at all unless it's in EXCELLENT condition which is almost can be labeled. So I walked out with nothing after she made the deal. Understand no contract was signed but when someone that has a business makes a deal and has someone drive 2.5 hours for nothing, it truly shows why she has a 2.5 star rating and I'll go to no ends to make sure every single pawn shop from Jackson, TN to Nashville, TN knows what they did to me today. I took it very personal. You are measured by your word as a human and hers doesn't even exist any longer in my eyes and all 3 of the other pawn shops around town and on Charlotte thought so also. Keep up the terrible work ladies and I'll be seeing how fast you sink with my help thanks. I do articles and also blog about antique/pawn shops. I was so excited to see a place that had inventory and the folks were so nice at first. I was going to buy their 9 mm ammo even at $1 a round. I went to grab 1000 round case and found one on the shelf for $700. I took it up to the counter and they lied to me saying we only sell the broken apart boxes behind the counter. I had it on the counter and they said nothing until they saw the price and tried to play it off. In reality if I would have picked up the box of 1000 next to it with $999 on it they would have sold it. Long story short I don't like being lied to and if they just would have said sorry we missed that one and we can't sell it for that price then I still would have spent $1000 there. I will never ever ever spend $1 at this place because of the slimy business dealing I felt with. I'm a business man myself and I don't conduct my business in this matter. Good luck and stay away from this place.

This place was amazing! The staff was beyond great and helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend going to this store for any firearms you are looking to buy, look at, or ask about!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! terrible people, terrible attitudes, terrible business ethics. claim to care about the community, but left us stranded under false pretenses. missed my father going into open heart surgery because they just decided not to take what they said they would. used the little gas I had left to go there. ran out and had to deal with that for hours and missed getting to my father before he went in. plus the prices are 300% higher than anywhere else. don't shop here, it's not worth it

I've been doing business with golden eagle pawn for years now and they know me and most people by name that go there . they are very nice employees and will work with you on there spicing . I would recommend everyone to visit golden eagle pawn .plus they have the most guns to bye in the county great place!

Went to this store today for the first time with a friend. Although they were quite busy, I noted that all store personnel were attentive, friendly, patient and helpful. I was looking for a holster with certain requirements. Stacey came over and made it her business to help me find it. She patiently listened to my requirements and then actually helped me find what I was looking for. She did not direct me to the area to find it for myself but, she actually and actively helped me look. We had no luck. I thought that was it. However, Stacey continued to look and eventually found what I was looking for. Instead of letting it go at that, she stuck around and made certain that it was what I wanted and that it actually fit. I also noted the store was quite well stocked with new firearms that are often sought after but very difficult to find and the prices were also quite reasonable. I will be back!

Tbh I’ve bought an AK (tag said new) from them for 1200, the AK only took one mag, so I started looking at it more, and seen a lot of scratches on it. I went to sell it back they only offered 700 for a gun I had less then a week. Claimed the scratches were from shipping. Soo they got tags on guns they claim are new but already have scratches. Prices on ammo are way more expensive there compared to Dickson sportsman store. They over price all their stuff, which I’m aware it’s business but just a heads up literally about any other store will be cheaper. I was in there recently and some man was waiting for like an hour for help. When the lady got to him she then ignored him and talked to a guess that walked in after both of us. Then she got snappy with him said he was being rude and even stated she was gonna make him wait longer. My opinion they were unprofessional and would never be going back. (Franklin gun store has more guns at a better quality - better prices- more professional)
