This place is awesome, staff is friendly and always doing something special for the community! they had a blood drive to support on Valentine's day with delicious treats that were homemade😋 it's never busy and I'm always in and out!

Drive thru personnel are always so friendly and quick to get my transaction done. They don’t just say hello and get off the speaker, they ask how you are, what can I do for you today, is there anything else I can help u with. Makes you feel nice. Thank You.

They have been rude to me every time I try to do business for my company even though I have a personal account. I do work for a loan company and I have to do my job like everyone else there is no excuse for this behavior I'm probably going to have to find another bank just for my personal account which is ridiculous I shouldn't feel uncomfortable every time I go into my own bank

My visits at First United are far more enjoyable than my visits at the local Landmark. First United is such a wonderful bank. Typically my kids like to complain about bank visits, saying that they're painstakingly long (I tell my son that money doesn't grown on trees to which he replied that it does indeed grow on cotton plants), but when I tell them we're going to First United, they perk right up! My youngest daughter even wants to work at a bank as a teller because she says she'd get to smile at people and make what used to be boring bank visits exciting, just like the people at First United do! First United is my go to bank; I've never appreciated a bank more than this one.

The bankers here are so quick courteous and personable, I am so happy to bank with these guys!
