I was looking for a new home to build in Dallas and went to FIRST TEXAS HOMES - Sutton Fields community in Celina. Ray Falcon who is sales Representative guide me to pick right plan that suits for my family in a very nice lot. He explained multiple options about the upgrades very patiently by taking us to show existing construction homes. We are very happy with the experience in our process of finding a home. Highly recommend First Texas Homes.

Good quality homes. Good designs to choose from .. staff are professional and responds quickly when reached out with questions. Ray from Sales helped us right from signing contract to design changes we proposed from time to time.. he is very professional and helpful all the time. Finally our long wait to find our dream home has come to an end - First Texas has become our destination to our dream home. In this extreme sizzling market it was hard even to get an appointment with SalesAgents from across the DFW area. After long wait we were able to get to our appointment with Ray Falcon at Sutton Fields community. Mr Ray is a man of principle and close to clients heart, his dedication and unweaving commitment to the benefit of home buyers is peerless. We have been looking for a decent sized home to meet our family needs, while every other builder was turning our request away - First Texas builder at Sutton Fields was able graciously accommodated all our requirements and home needs. Mr. Ray Falcon made our home buying experience pleasant and memorable. His professionalism and experience and guidance while assuring good quality helped us in making right choice. His knowledge and good experience in balancing customer’s needs vs wants eased our confused mind. Big kudos Ray - you are one of a kind. Thanks a lot Ray and Thanks a ton First Texas.

The greatest mistake anyone would make is to build a house with First Texas Homes. Everything looks good from the onset, but shortly after closing on the home, there was a rain and everything changed. You can see water soaking up the walls from the foundation, windows leaking, ground around and at the back of the house was water logged and the water would not drain after the rain, the carpet is soaked as water was coming in from the foundation, bugs coming in through holes that opens through from the floor on the inside of the house to the ground. Warranty would not respond to your emails and calls, and the sales person would consistently push you over to the contact warranty without trying to make any efforts to see that you get the necessary help. So far, I can confidently say that this company is a fraud and you would be making a lifetime mistake going with FTH. If I get a better experience however, I would let you guys know. But for now, please run away as far as you can from this fraudulent organization if you think you deserve to be happy in your home

Walked in to look at floor plans that were not available to see (even though I called beforehand and was told they were). The girl that works there (from Arizona -she didn’t even give her name) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She gave my kids dirty looks and then continued to give me an attitude and multiple dirty looks with while I was asking questions. I couldn’t take the rudeness any longer and left. I am completely mortified and wouldn’t even think about visiting this community again if that’s the face of their community. We have dealt with first texas homes before and they have never had such awful representation. She’s needs a write up. Horrible. Unprofessional. Not personable. Awful.

Hello out there - of all many stressful things out there at present - one of them for sure for many is Buying a House. This unprecedented COVID pandemic has brought a lot of changes to people’s lives - one of them is for sure housing market. Have we had any small clue about housing market change we would have refrained from starting house search. Thank God Finally we were able to finally settle down and rest our minds with First Texas @ Sutton Fields. After so many door knockings and turn downs by so many builders and home sellers, we were able to put an end to our stressful journey. Thanks to First Texas and thanks to Ray Falcon at Sutton Fields. We never thought our home buying experience is going to come to a meaningful and fruitful end till we met Mr Ray at Sutton Fields. One of our friends who is a real estate agent - suggested to check our luck in Celina area, that happened to be Sutton Fields community. With a huge hesitation and back and forth, we finally got an appointment. Since then our rough ride has come to an end, First Texas builder’s customer first principle helped us in making better choice and Ray’s out of the box suggestions and extra stretch in helping our customization needs made our journey smooth. With whole heartedly I recommend First Texas as a first choice in customizing your house needs. I wish you all good luck with your house search

While looking for good neighborhood near Frisco, Tx that is budget friendly and best in quality we came across Sutton fields, which is growing neighborhood. Knowing all the amenities and custom options they are providing, went to talk about the available plans and met with Ray (Sales Rep) who was very responsive and proactive. He was patiently listening to what we are looking for and suggested few plans that would be best for us, which helped us to pick the right plan for our family. I highly recommend First Texas homes and Ray!

We canceled with another builder to go to First Texas Homes, Why? 1. They don’t charge you to make your “selections” like other builders. 2. They don’t limit you to 2 hrs to view and select your finishes. 3. They allow changes to floor plans to suit your needs. 4. Price point 5. Their incentives to Military and Veterans. Sales Agent Ray Falcon was helpful and responsive from get go, went out of his way to help us with all our very custom changes to home. Allowed us ample time to review and make our selections and was accommodating when we changed our minds, was also able to give us prices of selections instantly to help us keep track of our selection and upgrade budget. Is the house delayed - YES, why because of Covid, something out of their control it’s a ripple affect we are all dealing with, just go and try and order appliances or furniture….5 months for a washer and dryer, 9 months for a couch so if it is taking 9 months to get a couch than what do people expect regarding a home with hundreds of different components! Home is not complete yet, but so far we love what we are seeing they managed to execute all our very intricate changes.

worst experience ever, just closed on my house few months ago, it was an horrible experience from the first day, agent ray not the best representative for this job. it always a one sided communication, he only contacts you when he needs answer and would expect you to be very responsible but when you call or walk in to the office to ask question about your home all he keep saying is I don't Know, I mean I don't know, very frustrating, especially when we asked for a closing date. very reluctant and inpatient when dealing with people's issue, 'Why did you sign up for the job. i spoke with several neighbors who also complain of very bad customer service especially on the issue with warranty. Agent ray not helpful, if you care about customer service this is not the best place for you. despite all the bad reviews they are not responding to them which tells you a lot about the company. If it is not profitable to them they are not interested. Take your money and pride else where. Do your own inspection. take the reviews seriously. Let stop this horrible builder from milking us of our hard earned money. we decide not them, they work for us. I will keep speaking with other neighbors to create a FB page so that more people can share their experience about this builder.
