Thanks Nhan and Team for your help in my purchase. I wrote this review right after I signed my paperwork to get my first home. I got in contract on last Wednesday 04/20/2022 and we close today Thursday 04/28/2022. What's amazing job from First Stop Mortgage. I highly recommend Nhan and his team for anyone looking to buy their first home.

I am very thankful for Nhat’s professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. He made himself available to me via any method of my choice - email, business phone or cell phone, which I appreciate and took advantage of it. Nhat even stayed in touch with me during weekend. I am grateful for all Nhat’s work that he devoted to our purchase of this home.

I and my mom are newbies in the house game, so we don’t know a lot of stuff regarding loans, credit scores, etc. Tien has helped us answer many of our questions patiently and thoroughly. He and the team have assisted us with credit score reports and given us many good advices. Due to some other personal obstacle, we cannot get our house yet, but we appreciate First Stop Mortgage a lot because they really want us to successfully own a house. First Stop Mortgage is the best mortgage office in the Bay Area. My case was done by Nhan within 4 days and the process was super easy. He took care of my documents and explained all my questions carefully to make sure that I could understand everything in the process. There are also other employees/ processors in the office who were very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience here and my case, which was rejected by 2 other offices, is now done by First Stop Mortgage. 5 stars for the service.
