Excite Credit Union Curtner Ave, San Jose

Stopped in/1st time visit2 the Credit Union for shared services w/ my Credit Union. Staff was helpful &courteous. Obtained information I needed as well as Guidance with services. Plenty of parking with a drive-thru and an ATM on the outside of the front doors. Odd location but visible 2 the eyes. Thanks Jessica Valerio for being patient on our visit w/ you as our Field Service Rep. You helped a great deal, you made us feel welcomed by answering my questions & I appreciate your help!

Honestly I thought maybe this was going to be a great place until I spoke with a lady the other day (I wish I knew her name.) She called me back on a consolidation application I sent in, and this lady was the most unperfessional person I have ever spoke with. Im currently 4months pregnant and moving out of state to live near my family for the future of my child and cant skip a payment cause I only made 4payments, so I applied to consolidate this months payment with the 181$ I owe on tags and she simply said "cant your family front you the money😡." If my family could, I wouldn't be asking for help. So unperfessional, she acted like I was stupid for asking , and there's no way they can help, or give me a loan. So unperfessional!! Really need to trade my car and buy somthing new, so I dont have to deal with this company anymore!

Andreea is amazing!, extremely helpful & refinanced my vehicle in less than a hr, very satisfied with the professional way she handled the situation!, not sure if this is her branch but she sure makes this company look good. I look forward to continuing my business and recommending!

Me and my mom walked in and asked to get puarters and the lady at the door said we could then they yelled at my mom and disrespected us so bad at the teller ! I told them to stop yelling at my mom and the employee tryed to kick us out ???? All we wanted was change and had the worst experience at a bank that I have ever had in my life! And trying to complane or deal with this bank is so hard ! I don't want others to have this experience ( DONT BANK HERE ) Bad Service !!!

My mom went in to talk to a banker about a problem with the app rejecting a check because it didn't read it correctly. This is the first time we had an issue like this, so she wanted to get it fixed. The banker literally insulted my mom and told her "to be responsible" as if she is a little kid! My mom is one of the most responsible people I have ever known. She has never had an issue like this and it wasn't even her fault because we did take the picture correctly and the app accepted it at first. Who tells their customers this?! Especially when it was an issue we never had happened before? She never overdrafts either. The banker should be fired for treating a customer in such a way. Terrible customer service. That is the reason we left and my mom is leaving this bank now as well. I do not recommend this bank, there are better credit unions in the Bay Area.

I had a life changing experience in dealing with Mariela and Christopher Solis. These two made it happen for me. Mariela with the auto loans for my daughter and I. Mariela saved the day. Chris Solis made it all happened for me. He has helped me saved thousands of money and a credit card, so that I can close my high interest rates cc. Plus his exceptional customer service was a life changer. These two are amazing. They both deserve the credits for what they done for my family. Appreciate people who work beyond just a pay check.

I've been a member for thirty five years. Excellent service and they really take care of me. Loans and checking and all the bells and whistles with much lower fees than banks.

I just wanted to poke in here real quick and say Thank You to Excite Credit Union, particularly Oblit Lachinpour from the Almaden branch. Thank you Oblit! I am appreciative of all the things and strings you pulled for me. I appreciate the time you invested in me during a fun and exciting time. We strategized every option and You gave the bad new nicely when it need to be told.. lol, and you were excited to give me good news. To make a long story short, i didn't get the boat i really wanted, no fault of there's at all, the seller backed out. I was very sad, but life goes on and keep looking. I was dreading having to tell Obalit the bad news that following monday after funding. He called me before i could call him lol. He was supportive and listened. Told me it wasn't meant to be bro, let it go, and find a better one. I highly recommend using ECU, they have been fantastic from Day 1, and i think i'm over 5 yrs now. Thank you

They are very helpful. If you are local, don't need to wire money internationally, this is a great bank for you. The fees are very nominal compared to other banks and service is great!
