It was my first home buying adventure and I was all nervous about the loan engagement process with the bank that's where Jackie came in. I still remember my first call with her, she explained me the entire process and basically took off all my anxiety. She has limitless patience in replying to emails and if things weren't cleared the phone always rang and there she was staying on the line unless all the queries all been resolved. Totally a remarkable experience working with her.

Dealing with Jackie and Lia have been a nightmare. I had better communication about my loan thru my realtor than with them. Just when I thought we had everything together they had another hoop for me to jump thru. Terrible communication. Lia texted me while I was working and in the text stated right now! I will never recommend them. Seriously thinking about refinancing
