Rude and incompetent. Transferring money from an account to make a loan payment was too complicated for the teller to do. Training in customer service and banking procedures is needed. Worst experience so far with FSCU. Other branches are polite and do their jobs quickly and competently. Highly suggest you go to another branch if possible. Update: Spoke with the branch manager and all he could say is how this employee is normally helpful and friendly. He did not offer to help by doing the transfer over the phone or offer any solutions. I had to call and wait on hold for 25 minutes to get an employee at another branch to assist in transferring the funds.

I am a 65 year old man. Luis Flores is a great employee that helped me get a credit card and improve my credit. It's a joy every time I work with Mr. Flores. I appreciate him and I am happy to be a client of this branch.

I just recently opened an account here with first service, and from the moment I walked through the door the staff members welcomed me in, and made me feel as if I was a member of their own family. The wait to be seen was at a very short and timely manner, I was also very shocked when the branch manager Damian Hernandez came out to introduce himself as well as got everything started up for me; he was very patient, professional, and made sure I understood everything before leaving. They've made a new member for life! I would definitely recommend these guys everyone I know!!!!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. This place is terrible, terrible customer service. My loan officer was Travis, he never called me to relate any information . i called and he would never answer even though he was there. I was asked very personal questions that did not relate to any sort of business here. If you can go anywhere, literally ANYWHERE else, please save yourself the trouble of coming to this place. The only way you can get a loan from this place is if Jeff Bezos co-signs you. I am sorry they did not appreciate or were interested in my business after several attempts being denied.

Customer service was a joke! I went in because they offer fresh start accounts and due to the fact that my abuser destroyed my credit I thought this would be a good idea in order to stash away money so I could finally leave him. BUT, boy was I wrong. The people here had no compassion. I had the opening deposit plus some and the manager still denied me. O, well I went to First Community Credit Union and they opened me a checking and savings and I even got my debit card at the same time. Now waiting in the mail.

I truly appreciate first service credit union there always friendly, helpful. I feel secured and home when I drive up and when I deal with them in person. Customer service truly it’s a comfortable. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication 🔥🔥👏👏🔥🔥👏👏

Always nice. Customer service lady Ashley was nice too! Stayed on the phone the whole time till I was able to log in.. Good customer service I say. Never had a problem here even outside in the lines at the branch. Nice Bank!

I love my credit union when other banks said No first service credit union said Yes the best Decision I have made for me and my family.Thank you First Service Credit for all that you guys do for your Members.

Sometimes the line on the drive-thru takes longer but the service is good I would like to have a branch close to me in Baytown nothing on this side not even a ATM 🥺🥺

Opened an account and transferred a car loan after doing so on an off day I went in and made a deposit. On that day I was told they participated in shared beaching which I thought was great. A month later I wanted to make another deposit and every branch near me showed to be opened was permanently closed. Tried to set up a transfer from another bank and its a 2 day wait. Because they close so early I tried a shared branch to make a deposit and was denied. Called them and they said because it's a new account it's a 120 day wait and they could use my debit card to make the deposit but it's a 5 dollar fee and a 48 dollar convenience fee. How can I use this credit union as a primary banking source when every branch closes at or before 5 during the week and on the weekends, or are In a distant location if your in baytown or southwest houston. Very dissapointed in the way business is being conducted.*****UPDATE***** I was contacted by Upper management the next day after this review about rectifying my issues. My concerns have been addressed and hopefully adjustments will be made to make customer experiences more pleasant and less tedious.This is a great credit Union for loans and other banking needs outside of the issues I addressed from my experiences.***Update*** They changed the policies that created the issues I previously mentioned. This Credit Union is now rated AWESOME!
