First Service Bank S Broadview St, Greenbrier

My husband and I are new to this bank, but we have family that have banked there for many years and we've only ever heard great things from them! Our first experience opening a couple of accounts a few days ago went really well. We were helped by Peyton and she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable through the whole process. The environment and employee interactions while we were there was very comfortable and inviting. I am very happy to be moving our accounts here!

I have been banking with First Service Bank for the last 4 years. They always take care of our needs and provide timely communication throughout the process. I value the size of the bank too. They are big enough to take care of your needs, but small enough to establish relationships with their customers and give each customer the attention they need.

First service has a team of very dependable people. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Lexy. First of all, very professional, focused, and on task. There are many hardships when working out of state and I know dealing with my bank isn’t one of them because of this young lady. First Service Bank is always the best! Everyone there is very helpful and goes out of their way to ensure that you are taken care of. The team in the mortgage department is a complete gem. They are extraordinary at making things happen and dealing with problems when they arise. On top of that, the bank’s virtual teller through their ATM’s with extended hours is very handy for anyone with a 8 to 5 workday during the week. I don’t have to take off work to deal with my regular banking needs at First Service Bank.

We had a great experience with First Service Bank. We never had to go into the bank during this time of Covid. We are able to handle everything online or via phone or text. Whitney Long is so great. I reached out to her over the weekend initially and even though she didn’t have to respond she did. She sent me the link to complete the application for the loan online. My husband and I greatly appreciated her help. The other ladies who assisted her in closing our loan were great as well.

I have nothing but great things to say about First Service Bank. I’ve banked with them for my business the last few years and they are by far the BEST out of all the banks I have used for my business.
