    My husband (raised in ark) and I (nebraska native) called to ask questions about transferring money from a Ne. Bank to First security in conway to open a new savings and checking account since we are now calling arkansas home. The woman from this location was rude and unprofessional. Telling us that fraud won't be tolerated and if they suspect it they will cancel our cards. Since we had such a cold and frightned response we will keep our funds in nebraska. I dont recomend this financial institution. The employees are mean and frightened of their customers and any new potential customers.

    I bank with first security for years and they are friendly and a great Bank. I would hate to go with any other bank.

    Worst branch I've been to, I've had several problems with them and the staff is horrible!! I do like oak Street branch they are really nice and helpful!!

    I love this branch. Many of the staff know me the minute I walk in. Been using First Security as a bank for at least 1 account much of my life and been using this branch mostly since I moved to Conway

    I felt treated biased towards my ethnicity. Never in AR I’ve been treated differently from others.
