    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've have had multiple bad experiences with this branch. I needed a change made to one of my business accounts and was met at the door by a woman who was terribly rude and condescending. Apparently, they have one person who deals with small business and that person didn't have time for me right then. No problem, except this person was also unwilling or unable to help me make an appointment. Most recently, I made an appointment online almost 2 weeks ago, and today, the day before the appointment, I receive an email saying it's cancelled. No reason. No phone call to reschedule. Just an email with no explanation. I'd rather drive to Little Rock than visit this branch again.

    I don't bank here and don't intend to. I just called to inquire about a "letter" I received BOA and needed to validate as authentic. After a lengthy telephone recording with multiple "options" to select, I was finally given a number option to speak to someone at the bank. After 20 rings, no answer. It sounds like from a lot of the other reviews that they just don't care.

    Used to be a good Bank. Not so much anymore. When a Customer "Myself" says I'm not going to argue with you and walks out to defuse a Bankers attitude, it's unprofessional. I recommend to stay away if you look for Kindness and Professionalism.

    I have not physically been there yet, but I need to comment on everybodies bad reviews about them not answering the phone's. I called 2 different times today and was lucky enough to speak to the same person. All it takes is patience. And this is the Conway Branch I am speaking of.

    Horrible horrible customer service. Their ATM ate my daughter's card. They not only refused to help---and I understand not having access to the ATM, but they refused to help in any way. Would not cash a payroll check (from a school) because we didn't have an account with them. "We see fraud every day." So their mistake must mean we're trying to defraud them? "Her card must have been cracked or something." (It was new.) DO NOT do business with this uncaring institution.

    Bank of America charges an $8.00 “non-customer fee”! $8.00? Well, guess why I’m NOT a customer of Bank of America… because you charge people $8.00 to cash a check that is written on your bank!

    Understaffed. The wait inside to see a teller is way way too long. Bofa has closed all but this one branch to save labor expenses. Got to change banks

    I typically don't leave negative comments on businesses but this bank has gone way too far. I can NEVER have access to MY MONEY in MY account. ON the rare occasion I have an issue I'm rudely told to call customer service. So, I do, no issue but then customer service tells me the bank branch should be able to process my request. They won't though, heaven forbid they have to work. There is a Teller who, everytime, I go in the bank is on her PERSONAL CELL phone. (ever heard of stolen information?!?!?) She will put up the "one second" finger before helping me; if she even helps me at all. (Which was once only after making a big deal about my husband showing her his ID...I'm also on the account but apparently my personal information wasn't good enough). Not only that but two of the employees have flat out asked me if my son is Autistic. When I said no, they suggested I take him and get him placed on ADHD medication. He's 5 and a normal hyper child. This should be none of their business anyway, since he's not a dollar bill. (Not only that but after waiting like 2 hours to speak to someone, a kid tends to get bored and hyper) As someone who has worked with large quantities of money and people's personal information; (cage cashier for a large casino) you would think they would take their job in banking more seriously. This place needs a MAJOR overhaul. It makes Bank Of America look horrible as an institution...and I used to bank with Wells Fargo (if that says anything!)

    I would never review a company on google reviews because of how long it takes to make an account and go through the process it takes just to write a review but after my about 100 bad experiences in a row I’m so fed up!!! DO NOT bank at this location. Every time I come there is an issue. The lady that works the drive through has counted my money wrong on too many occasions to actually work at a bank. I spent my entire lunch break trying to deposit money into the bank. The teller at the drive through was telling EVERYONE that came through that she was trying to work on someone else’s deposit so it was going to take awhile if we wanted to go inside. She ended up sending everyone inside where there was ONE worker working on a Friday at 4pm. Just trust me. Bank anywhere else but here! Hidden fees, takes forever to do anything at this location.
