First Republic Bank W El Camino Real, Sunnyvale

I don't understand what people are talking bout. I have dealt with Priya for over 3 years and she has gone above and beyond to help our business and personal accounts. They have a great team, they coordinate well, and everything about this branch is awesome. I feel bad for them sometimes, as you have overly demanding customers who think they were born under some kind of privilege to treat bankers and service professionals in general with no respect and humility. If I was allowed to give them 6 stars, I would totally do that.

This branch has had unusually high turnover of personnel. The manager talks on the phone too much and ignores the customers to leave them waiting. She is rude and seems to have unreasonable demands on her staff. I have seen her several times arguing with her staff. May be that's the reason why her good people left causing high turnover. The customers have to deal with new staff and re-establish their relationship. Horrible !!!

I first stumbled upon First Republic Bank in Cupertino many years ago when they just opened. I was pleasantly surprised at how different their style of service is. Priya opened my account and from then on, due to her exceptional service, I made First Republic my primary bank. A few years after, she was promoted to Sunnyvale as the branch manager and I followed her to Sunnyvale. My home is close to the Cupertino branch but i still prefer to drive to Sunnyvale to see my favorite banker. She is always very helpful and goes out of her way to make sure my needs are met. I have the most awesome banker on earth. I understand when she has to be on the phone if I drop in to the branch. All the bankers at First Republic in Sunnyvale are very courteous and helpful and they all work well together as a team.

I've had my account for almost 2 years, so far Brandon and Priya have given me good service. Thank you!
