Excellent Staff! Me and my wife went to withdraw cash for our wedding. fast forward 4 months and we went in to deposit our wedding gift cheques at 4:59 PM on a friday. I'm pretty sure it isn't the most convenient timing but the staff were very kind to us. The lady recognised us, congratulated us and helped us with our deposit. I'll be sure to ask her name the next time.

Fabulous customer service from Sneha Sawant at the Sunnyvale branch. I needed to sell my car (financed with TechCU) and Sneha immediately set up an appointment and oversaw the payment and satisfaction of the loan. Not only was she reliable, but she went out of her way to make sure she was free at the time of the appointment to make the process super quick and painless!

Jenn (Jennifer) you are the best consultant, I ever had. She made it too easy and stream-lined to acquire auto-loan. The entire process, felt like a wink. Was always available and spontaneous in giving response and the entire loan approval process. Keep it up!

Have been a TechCU customer for few years and happy with their service. Best part about this branch is that they are open on Saturdays until 2pm.

Asian lady with short orange hair was rude, and spoke loudly in a open room about my financial status while digging information about my credit usage and asking, "what is that?" etc etc.

I financed a private party sale used Tesla through the Sunnyvale TechCU. This was my first time buying a car and getting a loan so everyone was very helpful! I want to especially highlight Christine, Hoda, and Jennifer. I was in a time crunch to finish the sale and they did everything they could to expedite the process. They took care of all the paperwork and even went out of their way to overnight ship the seller’s check.

Awesome customer focused credit union. Was in and out in minutes. Couldn't use my new ATM card. Needed to reset my ATM pin The associate offered to withdraw cash due to a system update delay, thus meeting my original goal to get cash. Plenty of parking behind the building front, but it was a Saturday. Maneuvering and parking in the back was not a problem, and getting out was easy.

Things will move real quick if you visit techcu sunnyvale for sure. The extra fifth star is for Christine Ha. She helps understand the process and rules in quick and effective manner. Also suggests all the options you have before making a decision, with lot of patience. I prefer Techcu more after meeting people here and of course their loans.

The one of the employee in customer service is really impatience, I ask her do not be frustrated. Then the agent was hung up the call. Really brute and not polite.
