Alex Carnes is a personal banker and has been fantastic to work with. He’s helped us set up some business accounts as well as finance some personal loans. He provides great customer service and is always available for questions.

Always helpful best bank in town, I've had two loans with them and never had one issue. I recommend Jeremy Anderson for any type of loan, and Dez Meadows for mortgage loans, Guys are honest, Informative and easy to work with. 5/5

this is the worst bank in town or the worlds few year back i got sick and ended up in the hospital and was told not to return to work until i was cleared by my doc. i was laid up for 5 months so anyways i tried to close my account i had some loans and freeze it till i got back on my feet and started work again no way they did not help me in any way, JEREMY that witch never even tried to help in any way, he just said NO, i pleaded to try to work out something ,,..... HELL NO if you want a nice bank go to tea, vally exchange, i never worked e\with better people

Terrible customer service. They either have no communication in the office with each other or just don't care.

I got my mortgage loan here and Dez Meadows was the loan officer who helped me. I'm a first time homebuyer and he explained everything I needed to know, answered all my questions honestly and did an awesome job at taking care of everything. Would definately recommend.

The way this bank has their website set up is a joke. I've transferred money from savings to checking, used the funds, and I ended up getting an overdraft fee. On a Wednesday, I transferred money from FPB to my *awesome* credit union. FPB told me it would be deposited in four days. I've checked both accounts multiple times on the fourth day, nothing. I called in and they told me since it is a Saturday, which isn't technically a workday, it wouldn't be deposited until the next working business day. If this is how this service works, they need to say that on the website. If you want a good credit union, go to Sioux Empire. When you transfer funds, you have access to them the moment you hit accept. Oh, and I also went through FPB for a home loan, since I worked for their sister company. They sold my loan right away, and I score dropped 40 points! Ridiculous!!

We have done business here for over 10 years. They are great and this would be FIVE STARS except they change their online banking system and leave the customer in the dark insofar as how to CHANGE THEIR PASSWORD! Unacceptable!

Best branch in Sioux Falls. Ive not had a bad experience here at all
