First National Pawn 13th St, Great Falls

I've always known staff for being honest with straightforward intentions. They do good buisness for as long as ive been here. Compared to all other pawn shops i like them best actually.

I have always had good service and prices when shopping here. I do not know how their pawn service is since I never pawn anything. They always have better prices than anywhere else I have gone, and are usually negotiable on helping you get a better deal. They are a chain pawn shop from the area and regularly rotate their stock with other shops which seem to sell an item better.

Don't even deserve 1 star. This is the worst pawn shop in town, don't waste your time here , please go to capital one at least they are not rude like this pawn shop. hubby and I went in to buy a TV and the man was like oh a TV for your bedroom , WTF I am his wife and showed my finger with ring, and laugh oh u look like a kid, excuse me fat man, but the vibe so rude and unprofessional, didnt feel welcome here. And over price and just not nice like capital One staff. Don't like rude people and especially when you are a customer and just trying to have a good time shopping .

Employee coughed all over me when I walked to the counter, then profusely accused me of not giving him enough money to get my pawn out after he counted the 5th! Time he finally agreed that I gave him the right amount then after I asked why I was given 15 dollars for an item that cost me 60 new and I also got 15 dollars for the 100 dollar headset how can two items that cost a difference of 40 dollars and both only be worth 15 dollars? Then after all is done he starts cussing up a storm at me. Completely unprofessional and I will never return to any first national. Thanks for throwing the past 12 years of me coming to your business out the door like that first national! Oh and dont let me forget to say while all this was going down there was a manager just watching it all unfold not once did he try to calm his employee down or anything, disrespectful and unprofessional!

Dont even deserve the one star bring my subs in just for the rubber to grt torn by these guys and then they dont even have the nerve to fix what they broke? Is that what you call great customer service? Call and ask them what the hell happened to my stuff and all he could say was sorry and hes not reliable how the f#!% are you not reliable when i brang them there in perfect condition? Will NEVER be returning there for absolutley anything this place is garbage i get better customer service across town would rather drive all the way across town than go to this garbage. Facility again

I have had the pleasure of working with these gentlemen to the past four months pawning my earrings. These guys have gone above and beyond to ensure safety of jewelry and personal belongings. In fact when I went in to pick up my earrings I lost a separate pair of earrings out of my ear. I called them and they reviewed their security footage with me they confirmed that I did have those earrings in when I walked into their store and they even offered me a bag of their vacuum cleaner garbage to look through. They went above and beyond customer service and have continue to do so since I have had the pleasure of working with them. If you need to pick a pawnshop that you feel safe and comfortable with I would recommend them 100%

We have done business with First National Pawn for many many years. We wont go anywhere else! They always work with us on what we need. They are smart business people as well and of course this may disappoint some people as they only take in quality items and make sure they work testing each item very thoroughly. We appreciate the help they have given us through the years and encourage anyone buying, selling, or pawning, to use them as they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Dishonest, thiefs that will sell you broken electronics and then try to say it's your fault. They don't deserve even one star I would recommend thAt people not buy anything from them, they are a huge rip off and you can buy the same stuff brand new for the same price they are asking. I will never do business with them ever again!! If you feeanyone feels the same as me I would love to here your thoughts and even do a picket after the way I was treated by them I would love to bring more light to the injustices they have done against honest customers.

I don't usually shop at pawn shops, but this one draws me in. Pretty reasonable prices and they often have some good items to check out. The staff there all seem to be on top of their game. No bad experiences there for me.

I would give a three star rating because of some items being priced higher than when the item was new. However I have to add a star for the well organized and expansive DVD collection, Making the store into a good alternative to a movie rental.
