First National Bank Texas N 38th St, Killeen

I was looking for a Western Union location in Killeen, and the first two places I went to either said they no longer did Western Union, or they did not have enough money in their register. So, I went to First National Bank Texas. They were extremely friendly, and I was able to get the money my friend sent to me within minutes. Also, in the past, I’ve experienced when picking up money, the employees treat you like a bum. What does it matter if I am sending money, or receiving money. Everybody deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. The teller I worked with was Xaymara. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and before I left gave me a brochure about their bank, and told me that if I would ever like to open an account with them, she would be happy to help me. The facility is very clean, and every worker was very nice. I highly recommend this bank.

Opened my son bank account to establish credit n after 11 months COVID conditions bank charged non activity they won’t reverse don’t use this his bank so many hidden fees n when u open a account they don’t bother to tell u these fees they charge 35$ each acct this bank greedy with fees God knows it’s so wrong to take from poor ppl

Gave my wife 4 fake $20 Bill's. Called customer service was told to take them back up there. The manager wouldn't even come out of the back and the rest of the tellers were beyond rude. DON'T bank here or cash any checks here.

They got bad costumer service and the people their is rude as hell

This place is so needy for NSF Fees that when a company that refunded a draft that put my account over, they wouldn’t refund me back the NSF Fee. Other banks and credit unions reverse them if it is no fault of the customer. This Bank is a modern day Jesse James because it is backed by the Government so it can legally rob customers.

This building is full of lazy incompetent workers. They open late and rarely have good customer skills. Go to a different bank. The one downtown is always open on time with helpful courteous staff.

I was the only person in the drive through and still takes ten minutes to get to me.
