I was just told they charge 20% to take back coins. I just spent 2 hours rolling coins, and they have the audacity to tell me they’re going to take my money. Every bank should be torn down.

Almost every time I go to this bank they close their doors before the time of closing. It's very disappointing and unprofessional. The bank normally closes at 5 pm. Hence I expect you to be closed at 5pm. Not 4:30 pm, not 4:45pm not even 4:55pm. Simply, 5pm. Thank you.

I asked for two $100 bills for gifts at Christmas time. I was told I couldn't have them because they didn't have enough. Enough? It seams they had the bills but I wasn't worthy of getting two of them. I opened an account at the bank across the street.
