Danny Boy Dace is simply the best. I have purchased multiple vehicles from him, and he is totally transparent and extremely easy to work with. I have pointed various family and friends in his direction, and Dan continues to impress. 5 stars from top to bottom.

Traded in a car that I purchased last year. Nick the sales guy was great, very accommodating. They gave me a great trade in value. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have had.

I just want to say I had a great experience working with Patrick Earls and Dave from finance team. Even though we didn't purchase a car. I can not stress the effort they put forth. I commend them for their hard work. And you will definitely see me again. A great friendly atmosphere from the time you walk in the door. Kudos to such a great place and Team to work with.

Everyone is always so nice when I come in and ready to help me. Its pretty fast service, and they are really good at breaking down any problems my car is having so that I understand the situation. Only place I take my car to be serviced now!

I just had my 2019 Sierra serviced at Lynch. $1100.00 later I get an onStar report that the tire pressures are not correct on the vehicle. Did they really do what they charged me for? Did they inspect their work? Can they be trusted? I purchased 10 vehicles from them over the past few years and do not believe I can go back.

I must say I was initially happy with how quickly they got me into a car. I bought the vehicle November 2016. I rarely drive the car because really it's a toy for me and not a winter car. But since we haven't had a bad winter I figured why not. Well the clutch has already gone out January 2017. Now mind you I haven't even got my first oil change yet, since I don't drive it. They want to charge "ME" $2,800.00 to fix something that should still be under the warranty. I mean I haven't had the car for 3 months. I am HIGHLY disappointed and I do NOT and will NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. It's no wonder they worked so quickly to get me into the car. Now I love the car but they have really taken the joy out of it. I am stuck with paying a car note on a lemon. I feel like I totally got screwed over and they are basically giving me two middle fingers. I will NEVER return to this for any future purchases and I told my 2 relatives DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM YOU MAY GET A LEMON. I guess its true what they say about car salesmen - they are shady. It will be very hard to trust after this experience. I purchased a vehicle from Gurnee Dodge and never had any major issues. Then there was something wrong under the car causing it to grind 2 years after I purchased it and they fixed it no charge. As it was still under warranty. I wish I could wake up from this Lynch nightmare and go back to Gurnee. I feel like I've been screwed over with no Vaseline and literally "lynched". I'd change my 10 stars to a negative 10 stars. Now I see why they begged me for a "good review". I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM AND I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED!

Number 3!!!! Just got a 18 Silverado Z71 LT and absolutely LOVE it!! This is the third vehicle we bought from Lynch Superstore!! We kept coming back because of Jeff Mucks. He is like a family member to us. Always gave us the BEST deal and no BS!! Very friendly and knew his stuff. I would like to also recognize Craig and Dylan they were Awesome!!! It was so comfortable talking to both of them it felt like we part of the Lynch family.. I would highly recommend Lynch in Burlington to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck!! I bought a used 2017 Ford Transit cargo van at Lynch this week. It was a great experience all around. Jeff Mucks was the salesman I worked with, and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Jeff worked hard to get all my questions answered and help me select the right vehicle. I liked the "No Hassle" pricing; the van was priced well below the KBB and TrueCar prices. Jeff even drove the van to my home, so I wouldn't have to go to the trouble of arranging a ride to pick up the vehicle. I will go back to Lynch when I am ready to buy another vehicle.
