First National Bank E Lancaster Ave, Shillington

The folks at this branch treated me very well. Mimi scheduled two quick appointments with me at times that were convenient for me. She closed out an account for me promptly and with compassion. Could not be more pleased with my experience with this bank.

Worst bank ever. Not helpful at all. The hours SUCK now. Normal people work 9-5 so you’re only going to be open 9-5 then 9-12 on Saturday and closed Sunday? Shittiest hours and bank ever!!!!!!!!!!! Metro bank use to be the best bank ever!!!! Now? It’s the worst bank ever. They charge you random fees like if you over draft your account by mistake which it happens! Not only do they charge you 35$ they also charge you 12$ daily!!!! For being negative on your own account.... it’s still negative so it’s not like they’re spending money! I will be switching banks immediately.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Possibly the worst bank ever. They charged me paper statement fees even though I never received paper statements. So even due to bank errors, it’s still the customers fault.

One of the worst branches in this banking organization. Very rude staff, unhelpful branch manager and they will enforce every fee they can impose— I highly suggest staying away from this branch.

The staff is very friendly and treated me well even though i was in a big rush trying to get a bunch done before work they didn't seem to mind my rushing them and were very quick and knowledgeable.

I asked them to close down my previous debit card information, they never did. I also asked for a brand new debit card, they never even ordered it. I'm not coming here again.

Staff at the Shillington Branch are great, but since FNB took over they're nickel and diming you for everything. They closed bathrooms for customers and took out change machine. Pay attention to the fees and charges, it's like they hope you don't notice, no complaints no fixes. 1800 customer service number, minimum wait, you gotta take a day off from work. Transferring to Diamond Credit Union as I speak. Will miss staff but not FNB.

FNB has been great to work with. The staff is friendly and professional. I've worked with a lot of banks over the years and they are the best!

By far the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with literally the manager looked and me and said the bank is running out of money like how do you run out of money when your a bank ?

Totally worst customer services.. i m trying to get my account inline since monday.. no help at all.. whwn u call customer service its voice massage that we receiving extremely high phone calls either call later or we take u onli e help.. Then call in branch they said sorry.. thats all..3 days man.. i m going to take all my account from here.. and most of staff are worst.. they think they own bank seriously man..
