First National Bank Holabird Ave, Dundalk

Not only is the bank as a company awful, this location in particular needs to be shut down. They are no help with anything and are incredibly rude, pretty much everyone there at least. The assistant manager is especially useless. This bank will probably end up with a class action lawsuit on their hands for how they lie, cheat, and steal.

They are very racist. They hire only white folks especially in dundalk Maryland. I wish Howard bank was open. Don't open account here

They don't even honor their clients business checks. Checks should be as good as money or you are just making this too inconvienient. They want me to open an account before they cash their own check?!?!?! Come on. Why would I bank with someone who wont cash my checks for my clients either. Just junk. All day. I will no longer be accepting checks from this bank, my clients will be forced to find a new way to pay rather than me finding a new way to get my money. So inconvienient.

Worst bank I have ever been a part of! They're liars and scam artists they tell you one thing and then end up doing another and then when they mess up your account because of their incompetence they don't let you close it until you are about $200 negative.. I can absolutely say I am in complete shock that they are able to do what they are doing. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and opening a case against them Absolute Scam!

This bank what to say ! First of all no one ever answers the phone we call from our jobs to get change for our stores and no one ever answers ! Then when you get there they have no coin no one cares . It’s basically oh well what ever the bank holds our business money and they could really careless . I’m lost the they cart like they have been inconvenienced! Why don’t they answer the phone and when you walk in they are not even busy somebody could have answered the phone!!!🤷🏽‍♀️ Here we go again ! Why is it so difficult just to get change ! Where is the hospitality and customer service! Who is over the people that run this bank! I want to speak to whomever is over Jessy McShane !

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. After using this bank, and getting scammed (yes, seriously scammed; the other review is not lying), I switched to Wells Fargo. What a world of difference. If you choose to bank with First National Bank, please be aware of the terrible customer service and the possibility of being genuinely scammed out of money. I would seriously advise choosing a different bank before ever using First National. How they are still in business is beyond me. Oh wait, they scam people out of their money. That's how.

This bank is awesome! I have been in business 23 years and have never felt so good about a bank. Karen the assistant manager was so great to deal with in setting up our new accounts.Please give them a try you won't be disappointed!

I've been with FNB since they bought Baltimore County Savings Bank. I'll admit; I was apprehensive at first. I've had issues with "big banks" in the past. And I was afraid FNB was "just another 'big bank'". But my fears quickly subsided. I have ten accounts with them - between personal, savings, home mortgage and my business. If there is an issue (rare) they straighten it out immediately with one phone call. GREAT people at my branch!
