It's been really rough really rough throughout this pandemic..... However, I must acknowledge Mrs. Patty McKellar, as she always seems to go above and beyond for the customers. She always has a smile on her face, and despite the situation, she makes me feel like FNB has my back. Salute Mrs. McKellar!! You are the Real MVP

Terrible experience from beginning to end. My "Market Managers" gave me the run around offering bad advice and wasting my time on the phone and via emails ultimately delaying the construction of my new home for several months. After not hearing from my assigned loan officer in several weeks, I called the Premier Commercial office to find out he had gone on vacation for 2 weeks and that while he was gone the bank was being bought out by another bank. Of course ... I never heard from the guy again, never heard from the bank as I was dealing with several "market managers" and ultimately found another bank in which I had a great experience. There is NO service with this bank ... they dropped the ball so many times and were very difficult to get a hold of on the phone or via email. Poor customer service.

Great working with Tena Anton there. She really knows the loans and makes the process smooth and without complications. She is also able to be reached at off hours which is rare for a bank.

Everyone there is always pleasant and helpful!
