Ever since they took over Newbridge Bank the customer service is terrible... The fees are ridiculous. No one knows what they are doing there. They are either clueless or unable or unwilling to assist when an issue arises.I left the bank for a more customer savvy Credit Union with a blue sign . Whenever I have needed anything from the new bank the first thing they say is let's make this right -- not Ummm I don't know.... Like FNB Kernersville does. The level of underhandedness from branch manager Adam made my decision to leave a no brainer. I accepted an invite for a financial check up and a meeting as to how to invest some money only to be pandered and pestered to take out a loan. Just tell the truth and it goes much better... I should know. Yeah.... They play the Country Bumpkin Small Town bank and if you want to go somewhere they know your name and not much else go for it.

Branch Manager Adam is RUDE! He enjoys the power of management but will NOT help you. Good luck dealing with him. The tellers are kind and willing to help any way they can.

Been a customer of this branch for almost 3 years. I have direct deposit for my payroll check from my employer who is a huge multi - million dollar company in Kernersville for many years. Yesterday i took my check to have cashed and they would not because i did not have enough funds in my account to cover the check. The branch manager said he could if he wanted to but didnt want to take the risk. THERE WAS NO RISK! I hope First National will look into this because today after meeting with him to discuss this i am sad to say i will be taking my business to Truliant who will cash my checks from this company even if i dont have a checking account with them. There is also another place in Kernersville that will cash this companys payroll checks also. Bottom line I think First national should find a branch manager that is willing to look at certain situations where there is clearly no risk and make an exception to cash your customers payroll checks. He only wanted to talk about what all he could do for me other than cash my check like it was not a big deal. The staff I have dealt with are superb but it is a shame your manager is not as good as his staff. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

$10 to cash a check written off an account from your bank is a rip off.

I decided to open an account with First National bank, i went to the branch closest to my home which was the kernersville branch. I spoke with Adam Coley, he first asked me why I wanted to bank with them, why did i come to the kernersville branch, if anyone was forcing me to open an account. Just as I explained to him, I opened the account for direct deposit purposes. The next day he closes my account for no reason; he stated that because I asked for a temp card which he TOLD me I could get as long as I put money in; because I asked for a temp card they assumed I would do fraud and they made the decision to close the account. I asked if this applies to everyone that asks for a temp card he told me it was “case by case depending on the person” i have no history of closed bank accounts or negative bank accounts. From the minute I walked in and was interviewed about why i wanted to bank with First Nat made me feel that Adam Coley had racially profiled me. I expressed my concerns to him and he stated that they could close my account for any reason that they wanted. I guess First National is only for the whites, didn’t know I had to look a certain way to open an account. I also asked for his superiors information to file a complaint and he won’t give me that information.

Audry makes her own rules. She is rude and Needs to be fired. The personal Banker can not speak english so you can not understand her. When Molly left the tellers got a greater than thou attutide and will not help anyone. They are in power so you little peon that deposits the money for them to have a job, is not important , as all they are concerned with is POWER! My suggestion if you want a banker that is helpful and friendly DO NOT USE THIS BANK. This is an extremely rude Bank!!!!!

Ever since FNB took over New Bridge Bank the customer service has gotten bad. The services they offer big banking not small banking. Everything i was told yrs ago is now invalid.

Unfair and discriminatory treatment and intentional decline of an application THEY ENCOURAGED me to come in and apply for and after THEIR organization sent me a Pre-qualified letter in the mail.
