I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I wanted to change my student checking account to a regular checking account but bank teller wrongly told me that I would have to close down my old account to make a new one, and thus had to get a new card. Another first midwest location told me that I didn't have to get a new checking account at all, I just had to change the type I had. After I opened up a new account the teller told me that he could cut my old card up for me and throw it away. Well apparently he didn't dispose of it good enough because someone was able to retrieve my old card information and buy makeup with it a couple of weeks after when the card was supposed to be closed. To add insult to injury the bank charged me another fee.

The manger over talks you they’re customers service skills needs refreshing. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worse enemy. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I have been customer of this bank for years. I have fast, prompt, courteous experiences at other locations except this one(I go to this one as its mins away from my residence). There is only one teller that is prompt and courteous every time I make a transaction(hence why I put 3 stars instead of 1). It always takes between 5-10 mins to complete my transaction(its always a simple deposit) vs.2-3 at other. This has been the same for about 3-4yrs now. Crazy thing is I am writing this reviewwhile waiting for the teller.

Been banking for over a decade with First Midwest. They closed other locations so now I have to bank at this location. I have never dealt with a slower bank in my entire life. How did this branch stay open longer than others?!!!
