First Midwest Bank W Corning Ave, Peotone

Very impersonal with conversion of drive thru into cameras and no one ever asks for an ID . Does not feel very secure when all the publications say they require positive ID Balances have been given to non account holders making deposits & no one cared when I complained

Our entire family banks here. We love the employee's here. They are very professional and friendly. Dawn the Branch Manager has helped us on multiple occasions with our financial needs. She is also very patient with me and I can be technologically challenged at times. I only wish they had a closer branch to my home

It is awful at this bank. The cards they give you are cheap as hell. And then when you need a new card but you yourself moved and need it sent to your address they tell you it will take 3 weeks. So now my mom has to send it to me once it is sent to her. So she has to pay the money to mail it to me now. The guy I spoke with on the phone barley spoke any English and I could barley understand him. I'm so done using this bank they have awful customer service. I wish I could give them a 0 star.

The only reason they got 2 stars is because the people are nice..... seriously tho you should abolish your ATM fees for how often yours is broken it’s outrageous like completely outrageous how often it’s “down”

Not greeted properly when walking in the building and costomer sevice is poor for employees that have been there for a long while. NEEDS MORE SMILES ON THERE FACES! IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE FOR COSTOMERS!!

Please don’t bank here. Honestly the worst banking experience ever. Have had the account under 2 years and have to change my password over 8 times. They have miscounted my money, turned off my card when I have notified future out of state transactions, and it doesn’t let me use the ATM. Just do whatever other option possible. Like, under your mattress is probably more legit. Very, very, very frustrating and unreliable. Don’t think it’s necessarily the location, but the actual bank itself.

In this small town where tellers dont know thier customers. Be prepared to get info on your deposit slip sharpies out because some tellers arent knowledgable with thier patrons. She failed to tell me that I should keep my deposit slip after she handed me another print out of the info she failed to provide originally cause she didnt know me. Not very helpful or courteous Ms Edwards.

I have been banking with First Midwest of Peotone for the past 4 years. There was a period when the cards that were sent out were defective, but they've fixed that problem, which wasn't related to an actual bank location. They helped me plan my finances and business accounting, and even walked me through buying my first house. The staff are polite and friendly. It's a smaller bank, but that's a good thing because the waiting time for tellers or bankers is short.

Hours are not accurate on Google, extremely annoying when its says drive thru open until 6pm and its closed at 4pm, what a waste of time, please update your online presence.

Drive thru supposed to be open at 8:00 am according to website. After 8:00 and no lights on, very unprofessional.
