I’ve had a loan with them since 2019 and I’ve never had any issues- making a claim with the insurance was some hoop to jump thru but everything was sent very promptly! Everyone seems to be complaining about the 7$ fee to pay online. It’s SEVEN DOLLARS people for peace of mind that your payment is received. I seriously just think the bad reviews are from people with poor money management skills- there is no way payments can be applied to the “wrong account” it’s deducted immediately from your balance, if you notice the payment didn’t clear your bank writhing 2 days GET ON IT and stop being a tool!

They didn't pay my first year of homeowners insurance until I called (included in loan) and they magically lost my first payment that was mailed in, 2 months in and nothing but complications. On the bright side everyone I have spoke to is very friendly and answer any questions I have

(Frank Coleman) so I'm 3 months behind on my mortgage because my sister has been in and out of the mentle hospital and blew the house hold money so it's been really hard thease last 3 momths and last month i got temporary custody of my sisters daughters out the blue and will ne getting full custody eventually but its been so hard because everything chnage in one day but Today Frank Coleman really helped me out and even gave me some information that could help me out since alot of people is getting help. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED OR BBB APPROVED! We have been under their thumb for the last 4 years and it has been nothing but problems. Didn't take enough out for escrow, tried to pay our 1,000 insurance premium with the $74 they set aside, and then billed us instead of letting us deal with the insurance company. (I asked for the amount of escrow to be increased and was told, "We can't do that. You have to set money aside for that." When we got our roof replaced by the insurance company, there were multiple hoops to jump through (which we did), the bank cleared the check, & they CANCELED the check so our account was overdrawn over $10,000. Instead of notifying customers there was a glitch in their system & auto payments weren't working, they let your account go past due & charge you the late fee. Now we're dealing with another insurance issue even though I've sent in the same required paperwork every year! Customer service isn't even a thing. Every one is rude, incompetent and it's their way or no way. Zero payment statements whatsoever and the customer account portal is a joke. I hope this helps someone avoid all the headaches we've been through. SERIOUSLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have always had amazing customer service. Even while selling, Triad let me call and get a copy of the title, a pay off letter, and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. Loved the customer service! Auto payments are the best and always came out on time. Loved the 4 years I spent with them!

I personally had a great experience with Triad. My location I dealt with was the Illinois location. Anna Stewart and Connie Minor helped me through my loan application and closing. I can't say enough about these two. They were AWESOME ! They answered all my questions . I'm very happy with Triad.

Been trying to get a loan from them but they constantly add more stipulations. Then, after I paid for an appraisal, they raised the already agreed down-payment by over 5700. They lost most of my submitted materials more than once and seem to not talk with each other about anything.

Triad should be rated 0.1 percent. They kicked out my daughter and her husband. They are now homeless. The payment was made and received but they will not call my daughter back. Triad should be out of business.

Horrible Experience. Waited more than a week for an answer to get denied for being self employed, they ask for too many qualifications for a manufactured loan, Kimberly talks to you as if you are dumb, in my opinion don't even bother go with quicken loans you'll get approved way waster and get more amount for a home loan.

Worse customer service ever. Called because we made a payment in October they sent it back added late fees even though we called the same day to inquire about any issues as to why this happened the wouldn’t take payment until it showed Returned on their side. Attempted to make another payment same thing bank Said it was pre-authorized on their end and it was returned from triad they claim we are 2 Months behind when we are not due to their errors we would only be 1 month attempted to contact them after speaking to the bank and the rude lady on the phone hung up on us. We have never been late and I have screenshots of attempted Payments and our account on the Day we paid online showing it Was in the account to cover our mortgage. Don’t buy from them very horrible To work with.
