My friend went to this bank to find out why they charged her $300 and they said she overdrafted over 30 times but did not notify her once and were very very rude to her about it. she is 19 years old and did not deserve to be abused by the employees at this bank. she came home sobbing. this is not okay.

I used to love this bank when it was Liberty Bank, it changed a few times to different banks since then. The manager of this location is just plain rude, doesn't seem to understand what good customer service is, glad I took my business elsewhere a long time ago..

Lousy company. Just implemented a policy. Only people with higher end credit can only apply. People need bank accounts. I am not scum.

They reopened a closed account, overdrafted it $1500 then I found out after they sent me a letter showing the negative balance and several late fees on top of it. Employee at branch and customer service were rude and it took me countless hours to ‘rectify’, and I still had to come out of pocket to avoid collections. Worst bank I’ve ever had.

Google is behind the times ... Liberty Bank is now Home Federal Bank. The tellers and staff are very friendly. After a few visits, they'll even remember your name. Great place to bank!
