First Interstate Bank W Overland Rd, Boise

They bought out Great Western Bank. They said the login information for online banking would be the same. That was a lie because now my password doesn't work and their reset a new password didn't work either. So, now I've been waiting on hold for over 2 hours to simply access my account. Apparently, they have enough money to buy out a bank but don't give a flying f if you can access your own money. Never go with this bank! Edit: 2.5 hours now on being on hold and listening to them "apologizing" over and over for the wait. Yet, they don't do anything about the wait or compensate me for wasting most of the day on something that's their fault. And apparently the next representative will be with me momentarily. I guess we have 2 different definitions of momentarily. Terrible customer service!

We have been banking with First Interstate ever since they took over from the last bank. We have had such a great experience with them on all matters we have needed help on and the customer service at our branch is great. They carried us through our PPP without any hiccups and anytime I had a question, they were there to help. Eddie is who take care of us normally and I couldn't be happier with him. Thank you to the team at First Interstate for all you do!

The staff at this FIB branch is absolutely amazing! We have been with FIB since they purchased Bank of the Cascades. We could not be happier! It all started with Paul at the branch in Nampa/Meridian helping us with our personal and business accounts. We moved to Boise and have been working with the staff at Overland locations for a couple years. Beverly, TJ, Eddie and all the tellers are awesome! The level of customer service we receive at this bank is beyond A+! A huge thanks to this entire staff for their knowledge, the professionalism you show every time we're in the bank and the smiles. You make a difference!

Been dealing with staff here for quite a while. Always greeted at the door with a smile. I even needed to change out one of my cards for a bad chip. No questions asked, they ordered me a new one. Staff is always great to deal with. Will recommend.

Great experience with our mortgage and general banking. The bank manager Eddie is very personable, and has recommended tools we didn’t know about that have saved us money. The tellers are always friendly, quick, and effective.

I’ve worked with Eddie for a few things and I’ve never been happier with a banker. Eddie knows his stuff and has been able to offer creative banking solutions that are saving my family hundreds of dollars a month. Everyone I’ve worked with at this location has been amazing. We had a great experience with this bank. Everyone is very friendly and very prompt. Eddie Bauer is very knowledgable and kind. He definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend this branch for all of your banking needs!

In short a very pretensious vibe by management as well as an overall mockery of consideration for others. The very Idea of banking through an institution that acts the way that management and staff at this location handles themselves is beyond my forgiveness pool. That being said it is a nice building to take your money into, that may very well be the only upside.

They will go above and beyond for their members. Marco is always a pleasure. He provides great customer service and is very knowledgeable of the services offered.
