My experience with First Integrity Mortgage was hands down a fantastic experience! No one enjoys having to do paperwork, and refinancing sounded like the last thing I wanted to do. Andrew Winkeler went above and beyond to provide me outstanding service. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable helping guide me through the entire process, he was there for me every step of the way.

Our experience with First Integrity Mortgage was stellar! We were looking to get help through the MHDC program and started our home buying process with USA Mortgage. Our experience with that company was garbage! They weren't communicating with us specifically, or with each other from my understanding. Everyone there except for the credit specialist (which is an amazing lady that was the only person that seemed to be genuinely wanting to help us achieve our goal), was all over the place. They made me feel like they didn't want to help us because we were seeking assistance and not equipped with the total amount in hand for the down payment, that we weren't just as much of a priority and they didn't want to help us because of that. We followed all of the credit education they offered and worked diligently and financially to get in a better place to qualify. Although we do appreciate the education and it was a pleasure to work with the credit specialist at USA Mortgage, it was frustrating working with everyone else ...... Very, frustrating. We switched gears and researched First Integrity Mortgage. We reached out to Kierra Johnson and she was like a bolt of lightening! Very professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and encouraging. From day one, Kierra and her team were on point. They even sent us financial and credit virtual games and emails during the process too keep us informed and educated for our long term goals, not just for buying a home. It took Kierra and her team about 2 months to get us into our home! I'm going to repeat that. It took Kierra and her team about 2 months to get us into our home! I'm not saying that everyone's process will be that fast, however, this is a testimony of how hard they worked for us and how hard they believe in working for you. I one thousand percent refer everyone looking to buy a home to contact them for the education and process of home buying. She made us feel like there wasn't any question or concern out of the ordinary, and even when she was out of town and after hours, still working and moving on our behalf. The picture we have posted is from our closing which was a smooth process. The paperwork was explained thoroughly before each signature. Please, please, please, hear me clearly, they are the best at what they do! Thank you team, we wouldn't be here without you!

My wife and I NEVER write reviews online, but because of our experience with First Integrity, we felt it was absolutely necessary to share with others. We shopped around (just like you are now) so I'll save you some time: The amount of time and money they saved me and my family was unmatched. Andrew Winkeler handled our refinance, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his level of service throughout the entire process. Not only did he provide a very competitive rate, but he went out of his way to file extra paperwork after discovering that with our credit score and amount still owed on our previous mortgage, we could completely bypass the dreaded appraisal saving us $400 and a few weeks of prepping the house. Then he timed the previous loan payoff just right enabling us to skip, not 1, but 2 months of mortgage payments (during the holidays)! If going above and beyond like that isn't enough, their online platform made everything so easy and quick right from my phone - a few rounds of digital signatures took us a combine 20 minutes and the only time we had to put ink to paper was closing day. Other businesses in the industry, take note: This is how it's done.

I want take the time to give a huge shout out to our Mortgage Lender, Tim Whitmire and First Integrity Mortgage. I have known Tim over 7 years and have partnered with him on many occasions. This guy is amazing and when I would introduce him in networking, I would always say, “he puts the integrity in First Integrity Mortgage”. He has helped when I was preparing to buy by showing me what credit cards/loans I could pay off (or pay down) to increase credit scores for the best rate possible and even years before when I would have a tax refund he would give me ideas on what to do or not do knowing we would be buying in the next few years. His knowledge of credit and buying was so insightful and made the difference in us being able to buy. I’ve had high income referrals that were able to get mortgages because of his awareness of mortgage lenders that specialized in lending to their professions when other lenders were turning them away. He has helped referrals with credit issues get their credit in shape, even if a mortgage wasn’t possible. He has even passed on mortgages to other sources if he felt they were better for the client than he was—what loan officer does that? Even if you don’t think you’ll be buying for a while, reach out to him now to see where you stand.

I was buying a home from overseas and didn't actually meet my broker until we closed on the sale. I chose to do a renovation mortgage, which requires lots more effort. Ryan coached me through it and helped me find an amazing contractor when I parted ways with my first one. When the brokerage made an administrative error that delayed my closing from a Friday to the following Monday, they paid for my hotel over the weekend. The only reason I didn't select 5 stars was the administrative error and every single step took the maximum amount of time even though I was on a significant time crunch. However I hear the renovation mortgage team has more manpower now so hopefully others will get a little faster processing. TL;DR I chose a hard path and First Integrity made it easier. Would recommend.

I worked with Andrew Winkeler throughout my mortgage loan process. We had a lot of issues pop up with the house, and Andrew was incredibly professional and always responsive throughout the process. He always called to let me know of any arising issues, as well as always made sure I felt comfortable calling him anytime I had questions myself. I am a first time home buyer, so this entire process was new, and I was extremely anxious. I did not understand real estate, the verbiage or anything. Thanks to the help of Kiara Johnson and my realtor I would say my overall experience was lovely. Kiara answered any and all questions in a timely manner, even on weekends. I was a first time homebuyer in this crazy 2020-2021 market with no clue what I was doing. My partner went to college with Dylan Salsman, one of the loan officers at First Integrity Mortgage so we knew we wanted to work with him. After putting in 5 bids on different homes, each well over asking, Dylan advocated for us to go a different path. He knew we weren’t afraid of a little hard work so he steered us towards a different type of loan, a FHA 203K loan that would allow us to buy a home while also giving us some extra funds for renovations to truly make it our own. First Integrity has a loan officer that specializes in these types of loans which is how we were connected with Ryan Cox. Ryan helped navigate us through the world of construction and contractors, always willing to answer my long list of questions and made sure we were 100% comfortable with everything. Ryan and his coworker Jeremy worked hard to get us as much renovation money as possible within our budget. They truly went above and beyond when the day before closing they noticed an error in the CD and worked with their underwriter Michelle to fix this and make it right. Buying a house is stressful but with the help of First Integrity Mortgage, I felt confident purchasing my first home!

This is our third time using First Integrity Mortgage Services and they will be who we call next time we need a refinance or a mortgage origination. First time home buyer here. I had no clue what to expect, but I've heard a lot of horror stories. They obviously didn't deal with first integrity mortgage services. When I say they turned a difficult process into child's play! They made the entire process so easy, and when I struggled to understand something, or even if I was just worried about a part of the process, I just called Sarah (even during off hours and weekends, sorry Sarah lol). She put up with my weird questions, helped me with how to get documents for underwriting, and just all around reassured me that this process would proceed accordingly. I really need to thank her for putting up with me. I called a few different places, but I settled here because of the confidence they gave me from the first phone call, and they justified all that confidence on closing day. I really am in love with my new house, but if I decide to move again in the future, I am making the same phone call to first integrity.
