First Impression Credit Repair W North Ave, Chicago

I have been dealing with Shay Blunt and Keith Rodgers since late April and have given them an upwards of almost $5000 to repair my credit, I even paid an extra $700 for expedited service because I needed my credit to be fixed by July 1st well it's December and they have my money and there has been no changes, they don't respond unless you threaten to seek legal help to get your money back. Shay is never in the office but she stays on social media showing off her extravagant lifestyle, I have been more than patient and trying to work with them but I'm fed up and I'm going to get legal help to get a refund, this is truly unprofessional

I gave this lady Shay blunt my money really hoping she would succeed in boosting my credit i gave her a nice down payment cash money.. next thing i know two weeks I’m ready for another payment hopefully trying to pay her in full she’s no where to be found… then a month later she finally picks up the phone after i called from my work number she’s ready but can’t meet up I’m like ok i gave her my debit card number over the phone… because i trusted her she took off way more than she than she asked!! I’m upset my credit haven’t been touched i spent $4000 an no work!!!

I tried working with this company, and they do not respond well nor call back. They're very vague when after you paid your money for services. It's been almost 30 days, and I haven't seen any results change on my credit.
