Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W North Ave, Chicago

Worst Bank of America service The manager don’t want to cash a check to one of my employees.. even when I’m on front of her to prove that I’m the one who give him the check.. she shouldn’t be the manager of bank of America what a waste of time

I've never come here and waited less than 20 minutes. There is either one teller or several helping one person while there is a line out of the door. I have no idea what new customer service model they have implemented but having a facility full of bankers that can't help walk-in customers is ridiculous. Having people sign-in to sit watch them wait in ridiculous especially if there are busy times. Directing people to do things at an atm or online is not helpful if they want to speak with someone; especially seniors who don't have smart phones or internet access. Someone needs to help manage this facility more efficiently for all ages and times of day.

I waited in line for 10 minutes while the clerks were chit chatting away with customers about personal stuff. I was literally the last customer for the day. I get it, you want to provide good customer service but please be considerate of others too.

The worst BOA centre I ever visited. The banker is not at all bother on the long qui. Just one lady at the cash counter and still wonder how come the other person with tablet comes and ask for a help

I came into the bank to make a deposit and then to cash my check. This was on noth avenue and harlem. I ask the teller for an envelope to put my deposit into, and he scream at me in front of my child. He was Upset because he felt I should have asked him for an envelope before my transaction. He is a tall slender Hispanic male. Pleaz stay away from this bank the service Sucks

Understaffed and unprepared. Why offer appointments if you don’t uphold them?

I lose my debit more than I should and I try to give this branch a chance, every time I come in there is a 45 min to 1 hour wait. I don’t even bother with the cashiers. I know for a fact it takes 10 mins MAX to get a temporary debit card. I have to drive 4 miles to get to the next BOA that takes me as soon as I walk in especially if someone hasn’t shown up for their appointment.

ZERO knowledge of what they do !! Came to get an auto loan ... Online form was filled incorrectly for first time by d bank person !! Again they told it would not affect me in any way and made me apply !! Then came a reject mail telling My account with BoA is not long enough to give me an auto loan. Terrible and pathetic customer service with no knowledge... Made me waste my 3hrs!!

The worst, every time I come in here there is one teller and today 8 people in line, who has time for that? Overall BOA is terrible in all aspects, I am going to stop doing business with them an choose another bank.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BRANCH! The lines are long, always short of tellers and even when there is more than one, they are slow as snails!
