First Horizon Bank W State Of Franklin Rd, Johnson City

I am a customer at this Bank unfortunately. I wrote a check to somebody and they charged that individual $8 to cash it. I've been a customer here many years and wrote many checks, this is the first time they charged $8 to cash a check. Also the savings account interest rate is like a slap in the face @ .01% & $500 min. Compared to Eastman credit Union @ .30%. I'm done with these Banks that treat you like a number, especially ones with corporate shareholders. Remember credit union banks are nonprofit and the customers are the shareholders.

My account was charged for overdraft for an unauthorized transaction on my account. Been calling them to complain, no one is picking. Even after I signed an agreement on my account that my account shouldn't for any reason be thrown into negative (i.e. never overdrawn), they don't honor the contract. Been on hold for over an hour.... Terrible customer service. I really wish I can give a negative rating because they don't deserve a rating at all.

Being told to put on your mask when you take it off for one second to get a normal breath and it's not even said politely. I get the world is a mess and I get that this mask thing is expected but give people a break. Very disappointed.

There is a line around the bank and as I sat at the terminal for 10 minutes, I watched the clerks giggle together at one terminal talking with their friend. It took a total of 52 from pull up to transaction completion. With 3 lanes open.

Wasted my time. Called before told me I needed no account to switch bills. Which I asked. Then once I got there after waiting in line said otherwise. Don't waste your time here.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had 2 checks from First Tennessee account holders that I really needed cashed. I was told there would be a fee to cash checks since I didn't have an account there. The teller said they service their customers... I replied that both of these people were obviously "Their Customers " and I hope that once I have to charge them more for not being able to cash their checks that maybe they will become some other bank's customers. Eastman and Bank of Tennessee are way better! Rant over

While the line/wait here can be pretty bad at times (especially on Fridays) I've always had pretty quick, efficient, and friendly service here whether I've gone in or gone through the line outside.

Called in for some help on my account and the person was very short with me, acted as if he did not want to speak with me, and rushed through the explanations.. I love this bank but this specific location needs some work..

They charged me $20 to cash a 2 hundred and something check. I don’t have an account but my check is through that bank. I couldn’t believe it.

The incompetence with this company is unreal. You would be better off throwing your money in the trash than to bank here. Would give negative 5 stars if possible.
